Paid extra for strip view “renovated” rooms. Room definitely wasn’t done, inside of bathroom door was unpainted, sink fixtures were old and dirty. Grout on the shower was mildewy. Toilet has a stain line. The view was nice, overlooked Caesar’s and Bellagio. My advice, bring cleaners because the room was dirty.

Good as location is excellent. Rooms were good but had no room service. Do not opt for city view as originally gave me on 5th floor with horrible air condition machine view from the window and on complaint did changed but gave room at far end, so had to walk two long corridor from the lift, which was disappointing but had no energy to again ask for room change. Earlier had requested for wheel view room, which was good. So maybe to avoid city view room and opt for wheel view room, if one decide to book. Also for offering room even an hour or two before, they charge half day room charge. Not sure if all hotels in Vegas have this policy to earn extra or just few like flamingo.

Room was clean, but there are not enough outlet's, and no usb ports. If you like hot showers, stay somewhere else. 5 mornings and not one hot, or even warm, shower. (Yes I complained, no it didn't help.) Paying a daily $50 resort fee and no hot water is not acceptable. I will not be back!

If you are looking for a great location in the heart of the strip at a great price, the Flamingo is the place to consider. The hotel is older, casino smaller but the rooms are clean with some good views. The outside windows are dirty. The staff is friendly. The check in line can be long but we arrived at a perfect time of no line. The garden is nice. Limited food court choices.

One of newer renovated “middle of the road” properties. Make sure to ask for the newer renovated rooms instead of getting stuck in an older one which I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a good deal for the money, if you are in a budget, but nothing compared to the Cosmopolitan, Wynn, or Bellagio.
