This is my go to hotel in Vegas especially for Raiders games but this time was not as great as the others room was not fully cleaned and mini bar items that had not been replaced when I checked in by housekeeping I ended up being charged when I didn’t consume it very frustrating
Dried feces

When I was about to use a washcloth, I noticed a brown spot would appeared to be dried feces! Very disappointing. Other than that the room and staff were great. This was my first time staying at Delano
Beautiful rooms. Nice Gym. Very quiet

Stayed for 3 nights in March 2024 with my family of 2 teenagers and wife. The rooms are immaculate and very well laid out. They have everything we needed. Very happy with the two bathrooms as well, shower was great. beds were very comfortable and we slept well, not typical for me in hotels. Great pool!
I've never felt so ripped off at a hotel

Stayed at the Delano because we wanted a more low-key Las Vegas experience without a smoky casino to battle through on the way in. The Delano does deliver that quieter experience, with a fairly zen lobby and lovely, minimalist, comfortable rooms — hence two stars vs one star. The upgrade to the Scenic Suite IMO was worth it because of the big windows in the bedroom. But it stops there. I’ve never felt so ripped off at a hotel. For the room rate we paid, it should've been a much better experience. Even coming in with the awareness that Las Vegas is a predatory, hyper-extractive destination, the Delano is just so shameless. Specifically: 1) Barely anyone working at reception — it's like no one works in the lobby or they don't want you to check in. Had to wait forever to get upstairs after a long travel day. 2) The room doesn't provide robes. At any decent hotel, robes are table stakes to relax after a shower or bath. Guest services at the Delano confirmed they "no longer provide robes," and you can't even ask for them. I'm sure hotel robes in Las Vegas are stolen and ruined at an alarming rate, but for god's sake just bake that into the room rate. 3) We had to call guest services to ask for housekeeping every day of our stay — every time it got to 5pm and no one had come to make up the room, even though we left the green housekeeping light on the whole time. You shouldn't have to ask for this basic service at an expensive hotel. 4) The gym is fine, but closing at 6pm is silly and inexplicable given that the Delano has no staff who attend the gym. Get with the times, especially if you're positioning yourself as a "stay well" destination. 5) The fees for everything are ludicrous — see the attached photo for a sense of how hostile and adversarial the overall vibe is. $50 fee if you move or even touch anything in the minibar fridge or, god forbid, try to put any of your own food items in the fridge. Something like $12-16 if you unwrap the packaged (paper) coffee cups and K-cups for in-room coffee. Nickel-and-diming to that degree is not a premium experience. If you're gonna be that cheap, again just bake it into the room rate. Absolutely will not stay again.
