We just recently stayed here with my in-laws and 3 kids. We all really enjoyed ourselves! The daily activities were much enjoyed. Abraham and Marcus made our days at the pool just that much more special! The food is good. Bricell from the Spa was very kind and took the time to talk to us about the hidden treasures of Los Cabos which we cannot wait to go back to explore. The pool was warm and big! Jose was very attentive in making sure we were fed and hydrated. Juventino at the pool made sure we were always comfortable and was quick to move any chair or umbrella which was very appreciated. I would highly recommend this resort if you are traveling with kids. We all had a wonderful time! The only thing we wished there was more night shows and they started earlier. By 8:30 our kids were wiped out. But overall a great trip! Oh and cannot forget to give Pedro a shout out from Joe!

While my room exhibited a charming aged aesthetic, it was noticeably well-kept and clean. However, the culinary offerings left much to be desired, with a gastronomical experience that fell unimpressively below expectations. On the brighter side, the lodging's location was quite favorable, and the service provided by the staff was commendable, enhancing the overall stay experience.

As the title says, overall a moderate experience. The view was spectacular, the beach and pool. The resort itself was beautiful. A very relaxing atmosphere, not crowded. I loved that about this property. The worst thing about this property was the food. It was absolutely terrible and frankly depressing. This was not our first all-inclusive so we had average expectations and even those were not met. Size and diversity of menu was poor. Quality was poor as well. If you're looking for a property with excellent food and food selection, this is not it. Service is better with tipping. If not a tipper, be prepared to get your own food and drinks.

We’ve been here during last 3 years and everything was great as always. I can tell that food quality was better. Italian restaurant was unbelievable, very good Lasagna!!! We loved to see the servers giving ceviche or tacos when we were in the pool area. We booked the private Cabanas with a little pool and we had a very good day with an incredible bbq. Staff was very nice.

My wife fell down the poorly designed stairs and cut her arm requiring stitches. The manager would not take her to the hospital in the hotel car unless we signed their release paperwork. Told us to get a taxi (that ended up costing $100). Manger wanted us to sign paperwork but wouldn’t give us copies or let us take a picture.
