    New family in paradise!

    My boyfriend and I just left Grand Fiesta after a 5 night stay turned 6 nights thanks to peer pressure from new friends (and our amigo David at the bikini bar)! We found the experience to be one of a kind, especially given the community feel we gained as the week went on. The room’s available to the general public are standard hotel rooms yes, but they were clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The food was fantastic as was the all inclusive deal! We loved our meal at the Mexican restaurant on site, as well as the view from the sushi restaurant and lobby bar. We ate something different for each meal and our drinks were never empty! It may take a day or two to get acclimated with the menu and restaurant locations, but don’t be afraid to ask as there is always someone to help out. The Bikini Bar aka swim up bar was our absolute favorite place where we made friends to last a lifetime. Emilio and David kept us laughing, libations flowing, and entertained! Yoni gave us fantastic service while poolside as well. We were thrilled at how genuine each employee was, calling us by name and actively checking in. The members we met as well as first timers were friendly, and so fun. The people will definitely bring you back. It’s important to note that they will push for you to view their member packages and offers in a pitch breakfast, which you can and should say no to upon check in. It’s a fantastic deal if it happens to the right time for your family, but it was not for us. Book a trip here! The memories await!

    First off Chef Moses at Blu and Jose our server are the best. Do not miss going there. Second do not expect premium liquors. No single malt scotch. I did get them to find me some Bombay Sapphire gin for my martini. Thanks Andreas! (who by the way was great and put us in a great room. 2715 and 2714). Also there is a language barrier so be careful what you order for a drink, It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get! Example: Do you have scotch? Yes we have Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, ...?Thanks to all the golf cart drivers. People who went above and beyond: Yoni-Bikini bar, Juan-pool at Blu,Gabriella at Vina, Rafeal at the beach. Overall food was yummy and well presented. Room service is hit or miss on times. 20 minutes- 2 hours who knows! Pastries were wonderful.

    Appalling hotel. Avoid at all costs

    Currently staying there now. The premium upgrade gave us nothing that our friends didn’t get as the premium level/bar is closed due to covid. Their excuse upon arrival was that our room was far superior and we should’ve spent hundreds more than we did so we still managed to get a great deal. The only thing premium upgrade gave us was access to a small pool. This small poop was frequented already by other friends at no extra charge. This was a complete scam. You can use all the premium facilities without paying the extra cost that the regular payers can receive. On top of this, our room reeked of paint on the third day due to construction. The hotel offered nothing on compensation for this as though it was our fault. They will try and nickel and dime you everywhere you dine for food and drinks. If i could give zero stars I would as this place is not fit to be called anything more thank a two star establishment. Avoid at all costs each out to me if you want to hear personally.

    We were staying at Live Aqua, but love to go down to Fiesta Americana to see more of our family/staff. It was great seeing Antonio and Salvador at the Blu. These two fine gentlemen made us feel so welcome our first stay years ago, we wanted to come back. They are just one of the many reasons we’re members with this organization. Martha and Carman at the sushi sky bar are the same way.....Family. !!! Thank You for a Fantastic Birthday dinner for Patricia that evening, She Loved it and you two made it that much more special. Who can forget José, driving us around everywhere in his golf cart. He’s another special person who you always look for when you come back home to FAVC. Thank You José.

    We visited the Grand Fiesta Americana a few days ago and we had such an amazing time. The food was excellent at La Bodega, Bleu, Rosato , Peninsula, and Ceviche. Emilio and David were at the Bikini Bar and were friendly and the absolute best bartenders in the resort. Edwin and Yoni never let us go without a drink or food when we were on the beach. The entire staff from room service, to landscapers, to servers will always greet you when you walk by them. They had music by the fire pit nightly, as well as karaoke a few nights. We will definitely be back visiting the resort in a few months!!
