Hiking with Hugo

Excellent!! Best hike ever. Very informative and friendly. Made the best drinks ever!! Great English! Great service! Loved every minute of it!! Hugo made the hike awesome!! He stopped when I needed a short rest.

The property was stunning. Food, drink, and service were excellent. Amenities exceeded our expectations. The spa experience was outstanding. We were impressed with the safety protocols in place throughout the property and felt very COVID safe during our stay. We were continually impressed by the level of service and attention to detail on display each day.

Nice place to visit. The food and drinks have been great the entire five days were were here. The room is basic, but nice. The WiFi is decent. We saw whales from our room balcony and from the beach. The pool has an excellent menu and service. Siempre restaurant was great. Don’t buy the hype on the Peninsula restaurant. The staff has been wonderful. Hugo was so good for beachside/sand service. Carlos was excellent for poolside service. The timeshare sell was too much for me, not a fan of the push. The waiters Karla and Rodrigo are awesome servers at Pueblo Bonita Pacifica! Also Hugo is a great activity director. Great activities during the day. Wonderful restaurants and food. We had such a great time and keep coming back every year. Highly recommend this resort. You will love it! They go above and beyond! This is our favorite resort.

Love love love. Had a great time with Hugo and Gabruil! Can’t wait to come back. Excelent food and whale watching. Hot tub was a huge hit. Very clean and attention to detail was amazing. Felt safer that entire time.
