We chilled poolside for four hours and Ulises was with us the whole time he is the best. Very attentive. He is #1. He definitely got his steps in for the day. We ordered multiple orders of drinks and food arrived hot and drinks were cold. Look for Ulises

This resort had the best of everything for our family trip. We travelled with our 2 teenagers and all of us had an amazing time. The views were stunning, the service impeccable, food delicious with tonnes of options. We loved zipping around the resort in the golf carts and appreciated the variety of pools to choose from.We watched whales breaching twice from our spacious balcony. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean, spacious and comfortable. The added choice of restaurants at Monte Cristo, the Quivera clubhouse, Rose,and Blanco was great. Drawback was the pushy sales team trying to get us to see their presentation for time shares. We just kept firmly declining, and it didn't detract too much from the atmosphere. Loved the shuttle offered to Rose and Blanco, enjoyed 2 beach days and swimming in the ocean because of it. We also walked into the marina from Rose to check out the flea market and the action downtown- it was an easily doable walk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, service at every pool and restaurant was great. Overall a great experience, we would definitely recommend.

Felix (at the main pool) Jack (at the sky pool) were our pool waiters each day. They were so helpful with excellent customer service skills. Whatever we needed or asked for we had it in minutes. The room was spectacular with amazing ocean and resort views. Cant wait to go back!

Karla from The Towers made sure everything was perfect for our stay. She checked in with us several times and made sure we were doing well. We had some issues in the past that Karla helped us out with, and ever since then, she has made sure everything was perfect.

Roberto at Pool 40 was amazing Great service Very pleasant to deal with Treated us with respect and kindness Very sweet guy Took care of our drinks and food needs Also his co-worker Hjamie was also a treat when Roberto had his day off Both very pleasant nice workers
