    My husband and I spent 4 nights here and it was wonderful, from the time we checked-in to check-out. The staff was AWESOME! So attentive to our needs and wants. The staff alone is a reason to visit this beautiful place. I can't remember everyone's name but Paul was the first person we met, our room wasn't ready at the time we arrived, but he insured that we were taken care of while we waited. Romario Grey, planned our excursions, from pick up to drop off, texted us EVERY morning to check on us and see if there was anything that we needed or wanted to do. Our bartender he wasn't our personal bartender but it felt like it (Oshane), was awesome. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, no worries and wonderful service this is the place to go. And these wonderful people that I mentioned, along with the rest of the staff, will make sure your stay is everything that you think a vacation should be. The staff here makes you feel like you're the most important person there. We have already planned our next stay here.

    Pro: property is clean and spacious. Offer onsite COVID testing. Con: food options are poor. Food served cold and not very tasty. The front desk staffs do not make extra effort to make us feel we are guest to the resort.

    I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. The room was nice, but I noticed that some rooms were different than others. My sister had a huge mirror in her room and ours did not. My cousins room had a nicer bath tub than my room. Asir(Concierge) called me when ee landed and made sure our room was ready. He was awesome!We ate at Wave restaurant and the food was delicious. The morning buffet was also good. The drinks from the poolside bar was amazing and not waterd down. Even during a curfew/lockdown the resort provided so many things to do that you forgot about it being a curfew. Henson, Will, Javon, Janelle, Alisha(manger), Henry were awesome as well as all the staff we encountered during our stay. They followed COVID-19 regulations, took temperatures, and had plenty of hand sanitizer stations around the resort. The other guests wore masks with the exception of being in the pool area and restaurant. I would recommend that they have an atm machine on site and another elevator. We stayed in the C building and during certain times of the day you can find yourself waiting 5-10 minutes while hoping that there is room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort and looking forward to returning next year!??

    My hubby ,Daughter and I decided at last minute to go somewhere (we have never been in Jamaica) although we just visit for 4 nights and stay all times at the resort (we couldn't see the real ????)we have a very Good time! The Hotel even working with half capacity and staff they did their Best!!!All the staff from Doorman/Doorwomen,Housekeeping/restaurant/Bar staff were so welcome and kind to us,wearing mask all times,Although my husband and I were vaccinated our daughter (7 years old) is not,so we avoid the crowds pool/partygoers(wich wasn't so crowded and guests try to keep social distancing! the shows at night were very nice and entertained ,I felt guests should be more respectful &cheering to all staff dancers they put they effort to the max! Restaurants/Buffet everytime you enter they ask to sanitize/wear mask,they sanitizse your table ,they don't allow you to grab at the buffet a plate or any set ups,one staff member(just him/her) is in charge to serve in every food station..they have hand sanitizers everywhere and kindly ask you every in/out of the door sanitize! they really pushing to keep everyone safe! The restaurants meals can't denied for breakfast/lunch were OK/Good (???bakery they know how to bake!!!)Dinner wich wasn't impressing but again we're foodies and for us dinner is something the we expect greatness but for been resort you can't complain!! ????????? HAVE PATIENCE specially when you are in the Cabanna or beach and want drinks remember is half staff and ???? time so don't be a B... The spa I found some issues.. I did stone massage my Girl was amazing( I wish to remember her name!)but they are kind disorganized...they push you to do something and then the freakin bill for 2 stone massage they charge almost 450$ !insane! My husband and I took turns so when my husband went they don't sent my hubby to do the salts or experience the hot/cold jacuzzi they rush him immediately to the massage wich is very unfair specially when they charging that money.. If you plan a mini getaway in Covid times this place ?? recommended and lastly to say they do Covid test for free if you need it to enter your country Don't be afraid to travel this people needs to have a job and they will do whatever they can to bring tourism back!!! BTW although they are doing great with Covid situation on weekends they are lockdown and during week they have a curfew so remember that if you plan to dine or seeing

    This trip started off a little rough. I missed my flight and had to start my vacation the next day. I called this hotel several times trying to rearrange the dates. Thankful the hotel was extremely accommodating and rearranged the dates without any additional charges. I can honestly say from the time I arrived until I left I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was beautiful, well managed, and exceptionally clean! The front desk staff was accommodating and welcoming. The entertainment hosted by Javan was amazing and never a dull moment! The porter’s and concierge especially Romario were extremely helpful with booking transportation and excursions for us, which made our trip a lasting memory! The food was amazing, the restaurant waves will surely be missed! The cleaning staff left my room looking sparkling clean and beautiful each and every day. I can’t say enough how I’m going to miss those Bob Marley’s prepared by the bartenders. The staff, the service, the hospitality, and Romario will be the reason Jamaica will not be a one time visit, I will be back again! So go ahead and book it now, the Jewel Grande Montego Bay will make you feel what Jamaica is all about” one love.”
