    Just got back from our little "Support Canadian Tourism Tour" which included 2 night at Chateau Laurier, 2 nights at Chateau Frontenac, I night in Kingston, 4 haunted ghost walks, 3 boat tours....but this...this was the highlight of the trip. One night stay in Suite 1742...where 51 years ago John Lennon & Yoko On did thyond the call of duty tomake our stay a greir famous "Bed In" and recorded Give Peace a Chance, all in this exact room. Go to the site or do a google search for photos. It exceeded my expectations by light years. Historically correct detail with a great sense of humour, my favourite hotel room ever. This was the coolest ting I have done since recording at Sun Studios. The hotel is super nice and staff is absolutely top shelf. A special thanks to Natalie who made this all happen for us! ( This one understands customer service and hospitality and is just a great lady!) Also thanks to Taoufik who went way beyond the call of duty to make our stay so great , and also thanks to Gloria who was there whenever you needed her. What a fantastic team and a fantastic hotel and a beyond fantastic room. Hat;s off to the designers on this one!DO IT!!!!! You will not regret it!

    Beautiful Hotel, Great Location -Most Importantly:Amazing Staffs!

    My first trip to Montreal after the lockdown – and of course, my stay in Montreal would always be Queen E. We took the first and only train in from Ottawa and arrived at 0830 in Montreal. To be honest, I did not expect to check in this early. I was greeted by Natalie at the desk with a warm smile “Welcome back Miss Zheng.” Her friendly smile and warm greeting made me feel like home. She was very efficient and walked me through some new changes of the hotel. After taken my temperature, she offered me two ice cream vouchers to make up for welcome drinks. (We could always scream for ice cream.) After check-in, my friend and I decided to go for a bike ride. Natalie went above and beyond to reach out to the engineering department to have bikes ready in a very short time. Two brand new BMW bikes were presented to us in less than 30 minutes! Wow! We stopped by Marche for ice cream after the bike ride. I was so happy to see Gerald there. He is one of my favourite staffs of Queen E and a great asset to your team. He is very knowledgeable of the products, takes time to explain when you have a concerns or questions, and he surprises you with some candies at register. (Not to mention how many sweets he has gotten me addicted to from Marche). When we got so lost in your ice cream kingdom, he offered us an extra scoop to thank us for returning to the property. We went for one scoop of ice cream but left with two scoops and two grateful hearts. Later that evening, I requested for two extra pillows for my back support. The overnight manager Mickaele was very promoted and it was delivered in a very short time. On our check out day, after knowing our train does not leave until 1830. Our angel Natalie offered a comp late check out until 1600 so that we could enjoy the room a bit longer. I also wanted to thank the health club attendant Eric, the guest services supervisor who helped us with bike seat adjustment. It was a great stay as always. Behind your beautiful property, you have a truly amazing team to take very good care of each guest and make sure they feel like home. Thank you Queen E, as always!

    Amazing Hotel

    The very well situated hotel is perfect for a stay in Montreal. Newly updated hotel rooms with a cool and unique style that I loved. Very clean which was reassuring with covid-19 going around. The furniture and architecture in the hotel gave off a fancy and modern, yet very comfortable vibe which I hadn't seen much of before but loved. Due to covid-19, I wasn't able to experience all the hotel had to offer, but from what I did see I loved it all and wish to stay there again.

    Not cheap, but for me, worth every dollar spent. This place is luxurious. If you are spending all your time outside, it might be wasted. We used it at the very start of our tour and end of our tour, using a 4 star hotel for the main bulk of our other sightseeing days.

    Visited the hotel on a warm October weekend and was pleasantly surprised, that, for the price we got such a nice hotel. Beds were super comfortable and room clean. Great cafe/restaurant in hotel. Walking distance to what we wanted to see. Great area close by for food. Will definitely stay here again! Only issue is parking was a bit away and not secure. Maybe there was something closer, but didn’t find it
