Fantastic service, nice rooms and great fitness center. No free breakfast or coffee, but a coffee shop with Starbucks in the lobby with other health and not healthy options. Two bars/restaurants with good local food.

So this hotel is just ok. To start everyone who we encountered that works at the hotel was really nice and helpful. No issues there at all. The part that was just ok is the room. The room needs a bit of help. Definitely some updating. As well as a good thorough cleaning. You can see greasy handprints all over the room from the last guests. On windows, table tops, chair etc. there’s dust everywhere. The coasters that the glasses were on appear to be very old as they were stained and yellowed. The curtains both for the window and the shower were stained and marked. The carpets have stains, the linens have seen their fair share of use as well. The iron and ironing board were very old and didn’t work all that well. I can only speak for the room we were in but I feel they could use a more thorough cleaning and some updating. The hotel outside of the room was very nice, clean and updated. Again the staff were all very nice and the location is close to all of the attractions.

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do and would stay there again. Driton in the restaurant was a fabulous waiter!

Our family of 4 came down for a long weekend, wanted to be downtown. Booked a two queen room. Pros: Excellent Location. Comfy beds. Quick valet service. 2nd street and Broadway entertainment is easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Cons: Bathroom layout is crap. Toilet paper is a far reach back and down - not convenient at all. One outlet in bathroom, and it’s next to sink - very difficult for two people to be in there at the same time. Not enough places to hang towels for 4 people, and there’s not a proper towel rack because it would interfere with viewing the cool wallpaper. We were on 5th floor, and the water pressure seemed weak. Props to the hotel restaurant The Little Fib. We had dinner there one evening, and it was off the hook. Really good food. A bit pricey, but we enjoyed it immensely. The lobby is really nice, we loved the Johnny Cash wall. Not sure if I would book here again - there are newer Marriott properties downtown that might be more intriguing.

Put K cup coffee makers in the room!

Nice hotel, great location, fantastic deli/coffee bar in lobby, comfy beds but dear god for this price - trash the sketchy tiny coffee maker hidden in the cabinet for something better. Location of hotel makes it very walkable to downtown bars, venues and great eateries.
