Well....this is our Go to Hotel in Anaheim. Because, The staff are Friendly, helpful , the breakfast is great, the location....two take out restaurants right under the hotel, easy walk to Disneyland, and, you can watch the fireworks at night from your room, stroll down the street to the Cheesecake Factory, Roy's, Pf Changs....walk to the AMC Movie house, and if I feel .... like a late night snack..Walgreens is right there. Like a Boomerang...we will be back (Who else said that ?????) Susie & Tony.

My first time at any Hyatt Hotel...I selected this hotel for it's location from both Disney parks (10-15 minute walk). I Initially booked the rolm through a 3rd party online website. Next time I'll be booking directly through the Hyatt app. The room rates are the same or better and you get to rack up points!... we arrived early and Marianna was a polite and friendly front desk receptionist that helped us check in early. (Marianna really made our day). Most hotels are very strict with the check in time and she made our processes very seemless and stress free!... Our room was clean and had a good view on the top floor. The kitchen is stocked with necessities and restroom had the normal toiletries and plenty of towels.... The breakfast is great and tasty! Check out is at 12pm and parking is $22.00. I hope this helps!

Super convenient, very comfortable, upper-mid range accommodations

We recently stayed 5 nights for a Disneyland vacation. Room rates are very competitive for a hotel of this caliber (though we were able to stay using our World of Hyatt points) and the location really can't be beat. It's about a 10 minute walk to the entrance to the Disneyland and California Adventure theme parks and since that's where we would be spending all our time we didn't need to rent a car or pay for parking (which is now far too common among hotels in the area. The room was well appointed with a comfy king size bed, flat screen tv (we didn't really use it but it had the capability to cast streaming services from your laptop or phone to the TV), fridge, and microwave. It only had a stand up shower (no tub) but that was fine for us. The sectional couch was nice and would have provided plenty of room to eat a meal had we prepared our own or had room service - overall the room was amble for a couple, but may have been a bit tight for a family as there was really no separation between the bed and the "living room" portion of the room. Our room overlooked the busy street outside, but we really didn't hear any traffic or street sounds. Internal noise insulation could be better as we could hear children running down the hallway outside our room, but it wasn't too intrusive and pretty common for even nice hotels. The complimentary hot breakfast was much better than most comparably priced hotels - with eggs, hash browns, and sausage each day, plus either french toast, pancakes, or waffles. They also had plenty of cereal, bread for toast, muffins, and bagels, as well as fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) and a DIY parfait bar with yogurt, granola, and lots of fruit options. It was super convenient to be located adjacent to both a Starbucks and a Walgreens, and while we didn't try it, there was also a small pizza joint which looked pretty good right in the same building. Overall we'd definitely go back again and even if we weren't WoH members this would be super high on my list.

About as good as a Motel 6

Room was about what I expected. Cleanliness was not up to par. We asked for additional sheets for the hide-a-bed and were given sheets with holes and very visibly worn. We asked for replacement sheets that were also worn. Breakfast was a little better than a Motel 6. Parking is $22/day and they will not let you use the empty spots in the lot.
