    Really good summer stay!

    Great location, especially if going to Disneyland. Definitely within walking distance or you can drive to the park. For us, we drove. Family of 5 with a 3 and 5 yr old. They did great at the parks, no stroller so it would have been rough to make them walk back to the hotel. GREAT FACILITIES, SAFE, CLEAN. Breakfast buffet not bad, the usual Hyatt type of breakfast. The only surprise was the $22 fee per day for parking, I booked through a 3rd party so not sure if it was not on their site or I missed it. Will definitely be back!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS - My family from New York flew out for a Disney vacation. Upon checking in and out we were told we were not allowed to use a Hyatt Gift Card because Hyatt had a fraud issue with their gift card system which resulted in them canceling all Hyatt Gift Cards. I was then told I had to pay out of pocket for the stay, no discounts, comps, or solutions offered. This wasn’t my problem and I was never emailed, called, or texted by Hyatt to resolve this, or be known of said issue. Absolutely ridiculous and no one even told me who I could contact to fix this, despite it being a well known issue. I would advise anyone who’s looking for hospitality and friendly service to avoid this specific Hyatt at all costs. They didn’t offer any solutions despite me asking for help, nor apologize.

    This was our third time at this location and it was disappointing. The garbage was piled up on our arrival, although they did have a large group arriving as we did. Was greeted with a smile and sent to our room. Room seemed clean upon first glance but once we settled in I realized it was not. The pull down side was spotted with white stuff and it grossed me out to pull it closed. Couch was dirty, and bathroom needed me to wipe it done again. I did not have room service on our second day and so I called in the afternoon to get replacement towels and they never arrived. I called twice and the second time I mentioned it was my second time calling. Frustrating

    We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland. It’s a 10 min easy flat walk or $6 in an Uber. The hotel. Was perfectly cleaned and all staff were friendly. We had a gluten free person in our group and the chef George G went above and beyond to make her special breakfasts everyday, he was awesome! They put on a good feed for breakfast and the dining area is a great size. Would definitely recommend this place, we were very happy.

    We had a group of 43. The staff were awesome. They went above and beyond for our students. They opened breakfast for us early since we had an early morning flight. Our rooms were ready early and we were able to get in before check-in time. Dawn greeted us greeted us each day and Richard made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. He also made available to use a room to feed our students lunch and dinner one evening. I have stayed at a Hyatt before in another state and I thought they were pretty good, but the one in Anaheim was better. Your staff made us all feel welcome and treated us like family.
