    Disappointing stay.

    We had stayed at this hotel in 2017 and had a positive experience. This time was not so much. The desk staff were rude when I had to call and report an overflowing toilet. The one day we spent at the pool, we were out of the room from 9am until almost 4pm and housekeeping didn’t come to service the room until we were taking showers to get ready for dinner. And heads up if you are staying at this hotel in October, they are sponsoring a Halloween event on the property so parking is at a minimum on the weekend. We will go elsewhere the next time we are visiting Orlando.

    Huge Rooms, Crowded Waterpark That Closes Too Early

    The rooms are huge! One of the nicer rooms my family has ever stayed in. There were 3 TV's. One in the living room area, one in the master bedroom, and one in the bunk bed room. I wish all the rooms my family stayed in were setup like this one. The water park was too crowded for my kids when we were there the first week of October. It also closed way too early at 5:00. My kids preferred the secondary swimming pool which was more private and open later hours. We liked the fact that the hotel was so reasonably priced compared to many of the other resort hotels in the area. However, the low prices did seem to attract some shady characters. My wife had to call security one night because of an argument that was taking place on the balcony beside our room. But security quickly moved the couple along. Though I doubt this hotel will be our first choice when returning to Orlando. This place would be perfect for families traveling on a tight budget!

    Front desk agent Alejandra was rude (rolling her eyes, fake smile and voice) when I was asking for a receipt of just the payments I made together, and manager Rosie came out upset and stated there was nothing they could do to give me a receipt, even though it's not out of this world to have a receipt with your payment history. I've worked with their PMS opera and I KNOW you can print out a receipt of payment history through more than 1 way (especially being a prior advance purchase res) so clearly it's a matter of lack of respect from both Intercontinental's customer care for a lackluster response and the hotel's front desk team for not trying. However, housekeeping, night valet, and morning breakfast team were very nice and welcoming.

    Fun hotel for spending time away from the parks.

    We stayed at this hotel because we knew we would have 2 days during our trip without tickets to parks. It was a great choice as there are lots of on sight activities for kids. The waterpark and pool of course, but also a mini golf, basketball, arcade, candy store, as well as on sight food so we didn't even have to go to eat. The room was great, with lots of space and privacy since the bedroom door closed. The kids had bunk beds and we still had living space in the room for eating and socializing. Rainn, head of housekeeping, was very friendly and checked in with us during our stay. We were always able to get the supplies we need. It was a really great stay! The only part that would be a down if you were trying to do parks and waterslides is that the waterslides were only open 11 am- 7 pm. This may be seasonally changing, but during out stay there was no sun on that area before 11 am. The only other down was that there was a late night Halloween event that made getting in after a long day at the park a little more difficult, but once we figured out where we could park and how to navigate it was OK. There was no extra traffic or noise related to the even near our room.

    Hotel nice and clean. Room was lovely,great size. The waterpark and pools, awesome. The showerhead was weird, the water came out with too much force. WiFi was in out of service for whatever reason. The cleaning staff did not speak English. Received a voucher to attend a "timeshare tour". The tour was not 90 minutes as stated, more like 2 1/2 hours.
