We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and had a great experience! The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The breakfast was delicious (but not included in the price of the stay). The pool area is just out of this world amazing. There was a DJ and activities going on during the day to keep kids entertained. It felt like an oasis. It is also close enough to the Disney parks, so we just took a short Uber ride to get there. The only downside is that the complex is so big that it was quite a walk to get to our room. But other than that it was a great stay!! :) The pool is the best part!!

I was a little hesitant about staying here due to some of the poor reviews but at the last minute, I made my reservation and I am so glad I did. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, I mean an actual resort gorgeous. The pictures do not do the hotel any justice. Due to a family reunion happening, they were fully booked of the room I originally requested but upgraded my family to a queen suite which gave us more than enough room and it had been renovated. Check-in and the upgrade took less than 3 minutes. This was a family trip that included my 14-year old and we dined at Siro Urban Italian Kitchen (amazing ambiance, drinks, and food), High Velocity (a sports bar that was really good), and Falls Pool Bar & Grill (poolside dining and great food). There is also a huge Pantry downstairs that you can go to after hours (I don’t remember the exact times) and purchase snacks like hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, but especially desserts. The main pool is huge and the light show was nice as I had never seen anything like it before. Although the pool can get crowded at times, there was still more than enough room for my soon to enjoy it. There is also an indoor pool in the same area that was empty most of the time due to the amazing weather outside. If you do not valet, this is just a heads up, the parking is pretty far walking (it’s actually a resort) but there is a shuttle that can take you to and from the garage which was very convenient. My mom was a part of the family and her knee would not allow her to walk that far. The hotel is pretty pricey, includes resort fees, but it is more than worth it. Depending on what you are in Orlando to experience, you honestly do not have to leave the hotel. Everything's there except Disney and Universal. This will definitely be my go to hotel from now on. Marriott, thank you for being amazing, I will be back to this property soon.

Went to the World Center Marriott for a conference. They have lots of very nice rooms, on par with the Marriott brand. Hotel features lots of amenities, including several on site restaurants, pools and a running trail. If you’re looking for a spot to host or attend a conference, you won’t be disappointed.

I am a very frequent BONVOY traveler. From the moment I entered the lobby I was made to feel 100% welcomed. Greeted in line by the engaging and gregarious Hugh-Dane Neagle, Asst Director of Services who answered my every need. Checked in to a lovely remodeled room by Jonas, the Guest Svc Rep and then checked on night two for my comfort level by housekeeping -Trina. Honestly, I feel pampered and it is lovely. This is not the first time this hotel treated me with such kindness either. I was here two years ago and when I landed I felt quite congested and had a horrible cough. At that time I went to the lobby in the need of a hot toddie to put me to sleep. The bar staff got me a cup of hot water, honey, lemon and a shot of brandy. In my fogginess from the congestion and travel I forgot my credit card downstairs. They called me to make sure I made it to my room ok and offered to deliver my CC, which they promptly did. Nice remodel, GREAT staff. (Nice light show too). Well done. Bet they have a great GM with this level of great continuous service!

Comfortable and friendly. Very difficult to get a chair at the pool - get there early. I would stay here again although the hotel needs a little bit of updating - I feel that it offers good value for that area
