I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience here this weekend, from the friendly staff Gabby B and Sonia and Liz at the front desk, who helped us book a reservation and upgrade us to a room that met our needs, to Pat Howard, the front desk manager who greeted us warmly and check in and made sure We had everything we need, to the friendly and wonderful staff at the pool and at the spa specifically Sarah Mcintosh, Melanie L, and her manager Christina Casao, Who created a magical experience at the spa for my daughters and me, to Trey at the outdoor dining area made sure to make it a special evening for my girls after another guest was rude to us, we are grateful to have spent such a wonderful weekend celebrating thanksgiving at the Hyatt Indian Wells, where everyone really went the extra mile. The rooms are beautifully renovated, the property and golf course are a peaceful environment, and the pool area - adult only, little kids , main pool, hot tub, and lazy river / water park area offer something fun and relaxing for everyone. We look forward to returning for a memorable stay in the future.

Fantastic overnight stay in a 2 BR villa

First of all, let me mention, we're owners at a vacation club down the road and spent 5 nights there. Our resort had limited amenities secondary to Covid, and after researching neighboring options, we decided to splurge on one night in a 2 BR villa at the Hyatt. We also elected to book a cabana at the family pool in the event that our villa wasn't ready until 4 pm check-in time. We figured this would allow us to take advantage of a full 24 hour stay at the resort. The day before arrival, we received a detailed email from Lela re: our check in process. Villas are currently checking in privately through the lobby of the spa (very personal experience, including a personal bottle of champagne or pre-mixed cocktail). The check-in was seamless, we were given multiple options re: villa location, etc and our room was ready shortly after arrival. I was very impressed with Lela. We elected to store our luggage and take advantage of the cabana/pool while waiting (it was around 11 am), so we actually did not enter our room until 3 pm. The pool experience was great. We had a private area (cabanas are very small, but this is reflected in price point). Small outdoor sectional, minifridge and tv, with 2 chairs, 2 lounges and a small table on the grassy area in front. We did have the opportunity to walk over and check out the adult cabanas. Much nicer area (maybe next visit?). Neil was a great server and the food/beverage choices were excellent. Much busier than our other condo, and masks only required when standing in line for food, moving about the pool deck, etc. We were consciously standing back from others and staying away in the lazy river, but it was a bit of a culture shock compared to our home resort as they required masks even while stationary in a chair. The grand finale to a great stay was the villa. We were located just behind the adult pool (at our request for mobility issues). The 2 BR was huge with 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a bar/dining area with minifridge and microwave. The most impressive part was the large patio with our own spa, barbeque, patio table and loungers. We ordered pizza delivered and hung out there well into the evening. As a side note, we were a party of 7 (family of 5, plus my parents) traveling for one night. I originally booked a poolside room, plus another king room nearby. After researching our options and a desire to remain self-contained, I upgraded to the villa for a difference of only about $300. It was money well-spent. Everybody loved our stay there. I'm only hoping I have the opportunity to do it again in the future!

Perfect family weekend gateway. Not crowded at all during pandemic. Lots of fun for the kids: several pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, 3 slides and a splash pad. Right on the golf course with mountains view. I am planning to come back very soon.

It was my 3rd time out here since COVID madness and Hyatt reopening. The new addition of waterslides/lazy river are amazing and will keep this resort VERY busy on the flip side of this. Service was wonderful as always and make sure you say HI to Freddy & Cruz out by the pool. Hyatt is lucky to have these guys representing Hyatt as they give amazing service.

The hotel is beautiful, with gorgeous golf courses, tennis courts, pools and water slides. The customer service was the best I have yet to experience in all my years of traveling (40+). One employee, Antonio, from the front door area, went above and beyond to make my experience positive. He brought me coffee packets at 6 in the morning when I ran out of the ones in my room. Plus he brought extra cups, which I hadn't thought to request. All of the front area employees were gracious and helpful. The room was thoroughly cleaned, without the annoying disinfectant odor that is sometimes unavoidable. The bed was super comfy. I love all white bedding--it's easier to doublecheck the cleanliness. Patrick Howard-Wells also contributed to my awesome stay by enabling a special request I had made. I appreciate everyone's efforts to make the guests feel welcome and safe. I could have done without the kids riding their scooters in the interior common areas, but I guess if parents don't mind them riding the scooters inside their own homes, they don't mind them helping to destroy others' property. The buildings are well insulated though, and outside noise was almost imperceptible once inside my room. I can't wait to return!
