Under construction
Melissa K (Seattle, Washington) on Mar 15, 2024
I'm sure this is a decent place when it's not under construction, BUT we visited March 2024 and the larger pool was still under construction and closed along with several restaurants and bars, there were piled up mattresses in the hallways, hall carpets were dirty & rippling. The one small adult pool was overrun with too many people in the hot tub & pool area. Certainly not worth the $495/night average we paid including resort fees, taxes, etc. It's not walking distance to anything so you have to drive elsewhere to eat, shop, etc. The grounds are beautiful and once renovations are complete, it will be a lovely place to stay. When booking, there was no warning about the renovation and that would have been appreciated or the ability to cancel within 7 days of booking.
renovation

The hotel was in the midst of renovations, resulting in the unavailability of amenities for children. The sole operational pool was small and lacked additional features. The mini-golf course was closed, and the game room was subpar. There was only one restaurant on the premises, offering a very limited selection, particularly for children's options. The staff were unapproachable and unhelpful. Our staycation over spring break was disappointing, leading us to depart earlier than planned.
