Stayed one night on Saturday. The rooms are clean but a little dated. The pools, lazy river and mini golf were fun and included in the resort fees. Drinks at the pool are $10+ each. No restaurant service available during our stay because of COVID-19 so I can’t review it. Good overall value for the money if you are not looking for a modern look or room amenities.

The room layout was nice. Bedroom and living room with the bath in between. Balcony area outside of the bedroom with table and chairs. Pool area was nice but hot tub area was so-so. Could be warmer and larger. The size does not fit with the size of the resort. The waterpark looked nice for families. The Hilton diamond breakfast benefit is a total of $20 per room at Rico's restaurant out in front of the resort. This was not explained in much detail at time of check in. We stayed a night to check the place out and will likely not stay again.

The potential of this “resort” is untapped. If they spent the resort fees on actually making it resort like they could actually charge resort prices and people wouldn’t feel like they are being ripped off. Booked an “upgraded” Agave room. That was a joke in itself. The room was visibly filthy, like the couch was caked with food/ debris. The floors and carpets were filthy. There were bugs visible dirty tile floors, corners with cobwebs etc. if you wear socks or go barefoot on the carpet areas on the room your feet will be black. I can’t believe during the pandemic they didn’t focus on cleaning the entire property. The entire place is shabby! You can’t tell me the Agave rooms are updated. The absolute hardest working person there is Lalo in maintenance. We watched him assist guests alllll day long at the River Ranch. On our first day at the river ranch we got our spots at the pool as soon as they opened. So you would maybe assume as closing procedure during a pandemic no less that employees would have to wipe down each piece of the pool furniture. WRONG, not at the River Ranch. Lalo kindly washed off the side tables that were covered in melted ice-cream and ketchup. Don’t get me started on the torn up cabanas LOL such a joke. I can’t imagine anyone paying to rent one. The snack bar prices is the most resort-esque feature of the entire place LOL. $12 for a Costco hotdog such a joke. Pro tip, Instacart sandwich making items and snacks and have a picnic outside the gate around lunch time. This place COULD be a real family destination if they actually kept it up to the Hilton standard. I’m writing this at the pool so if I can add pictures after I post I will of the room.

    Dissapointed

Travelled overnight for a flight so chose this hotel for the pool and location. The whole hotel is dated and showing it. The lazy river was very cold, barely moved and run down with non working fountains, rusty signage and generally unkept. Due to Covid only one bar/ food offer was open, the queues were around twenty minutes nearly all fried and a simple chicken tenders and fries $12. It wasn’t worth waiting for. The room itself was clean but again dated. Showers were cold both at night and in the morning. When we informed staff they simply shrugged. For a Hilton very disappointing there is better in Phoenix.

I was in town for business and was booked to stay at this hotel/resort. The room was okay, though the living room furniture was terribly outdated. Due to covid, you had to request housekeeping service- which is fine but they need to provide some type of option for trash removal (and probably new towels if multiple people are in a room). The doors separating the living room and bed/bath didn't close but I was solo so it wasn't a big deal. It also would have been nice to have a microwave. The pool was constantly busy and many guests weren't wearing masks around the property which was worrisome.
