    We weren’t sure how it was going to be, but it was brilliant. Karina (Who’s a star) met us and right away made us feel like we were the only ones in the resort. Restaurants were good for the setup. The intentional details that go into making a winning experience for the kids was great. Our family loved it & we were so blessed how helpful everyone was. Do it.

    A member of your staff named Dalia was incredibly helpful and nice to work with during our recent visit.It seems she was there whenever some minor issues arose and was most friendly anf helpful. While all of your staff treated us extremely well, Dalia always went out of her way to make sure we got what was needed. Thank you to all of your staff with a special thanks to Dalia. Bill Flynn and Naomi Duran Flynn.

    We were directed here by our travel agent with a group of about 100. We paid for a 5 star and this is FAR FROM!! The rooms on the CLUB side are from a Run down Super 8 hotel. Beat up, small, very very disappointed. -Food is ok but not close to 5 star -Grounds are nice -Beach is ok -Staff is friendly. -Alcohol is very middle road. -Pay for room service -beds are small and hard - camping fridge with two pop on room Awful

    This was my first vacation experience after Covid had started. I was looking for an all inclusive and a pool with a playing area for children. I found this hotel with multiple discounts which was very attractive. The rooms are clean, personnel are polite and amicable and facilities are fine. The hotel has a more exclusive area, but we stayed in the non-exclusive side. Since food cannot be served as buffet, they have specific menus. Because of the number of guests, not all restaurants open daily and snacks are not provided outside restaurants (which are not opened at all times at least in our side of the hotel). Dinner at the specialized restaurants was very good. The side of the hotel we stayed in did not have waiters by the pool, so we had to walk for a drink in a certain place. The restrooms by the children’s pool were not clean several times. We were charged $500 MXN pesos (around 25 dlls) for the change of bed sheets because our baby peed in the bed. We did not like its beach area, as the beach was narrow and the sea water looked dirty at certain times. The children’s pool made my children very happy. Overall we consider we will not return. The price WITH discounts was correct for what we experienced, but without discounts it is not worth the value (compared to other hotels).

    We booked Marival not expecting much to the price we obtained our checkin was a little frustrating since it’s slow but we had just traveled for 6 hours we were hungry hot and tired so that doesn’t help the situation so be patient. Once we got past that our concierge Juliana and Karina was wonderful guided us to our room and making our reservations for dinner, photo shoot and a picnic. Our suite was very spacious in front of the beach the food was delicious at any of the restaurants the staff is very polite always greeted us. I look forward to returning to Marival.
