I enjoy the activities, Melanie was very nice for the crafts and the water volleyball was fun the server's were fantastic. The rooms were very clean. The people were very friendly and always seemed happy. The pool was warm. The food was delicious in the allocarts.

Love the Sunscape Puerto Vallarta. Will return! Best of all is the recreation staff. Shout out to Neto, Anahe, Luis, Hugo, Melanie, Alan and Raymond. Pool needs some repairs and water refreshed more frequently. The cross trainer in the gym needs repair as you can't increase the arm tension. Some of the doors in the ladies washroom near the pool have broken latches. All small issues. We will be back! Gracias!

The serving staff were always friendly. The entire resort is old and outdated. We stayed for 9 days room was cleaned 3 times. Always had to go to front desk for towels. Lack of communication regarding special events. Smoking area is on a roof top with no shade.

Rooms are old with outdated furniture. Mini bar only free the first night then they want to charge you. Room service is an extra charge also. Majority of the rooms are subject to noise from the kids waterpark or the regular pool Entertainment area so no resting in your room until after 11pm. Not enough sitting around the one pool area, and you can’t take a resort towel to sit on the beach either. They allow vendors to come up to guest that are in roped off area on the beach of the resort. Food is the same everyday and not really good either. One smoking area on top of a roof with one bench and one ashtray. Drinks are made different every time you order something, you also can not get a soft drink before 10am. This resort has to many rooms for the size of this resort. I did like the location of this resort but I would not stay here again.!

The service was incredible! Alejandro is the best server I have ever had, because of him, my kids and I will definitely be back! He was so welcoming, kind and funny and catered to mine and my daughter's gluten free (celiac) needs. Lizabeth, Jose and Gorge were also amazing servers and so welcoming!
