The drinks are so watered down you will never catch a buzz let alone get drunk. The room service food is crap. The room had water pouring out of the bathroom ceiling. The shower leaked into the bathroom floor. The area around the ac vent above jacuzzi has about 20 coats of paint over rust. The room is quite dated. We paid 1000/night for 2 of us for One Big Holiday. It was maybe worth half that. I won't be returning. The silver lining is the The Spa, Toro, our masseuses, and the wait staff. The staff did their best with what they had to work with. Especially Sarahi, Rocia, and Mary. They went above and beyond for us on our last day there.

These guys go out of their way to accommodate! Awesome staff and service is impeccable... never been here before but have been to many resorts in Mexico, never have we had better attention and service! Highly recommended, in particular the Ciao restaurant and staff.

The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is an incredible place to go. The staff members are welcoming and supportive, making you feel right at home. The pools are not only spotless but also contemporary and numerous, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The ocean is fantastic for water activities, and the local excursions are both enjoyable and secure. I'd easily rate this resort 10/10 for the remarkable value it provides. The only minor drawback is that the layout can be a bit confusing at times, so you might find yourself turned around on the property. However, the safety of guests is a top priority, ensuring a secure and pleasant stay throughout.

We had the best trip! We went for my birthday and spring break…it was amazing!!!! Gabriel has been our butler the last two trips, I can’t say enough about how great he is, he is so kind, very attentive and has so much knowledge about the resort. We love seeing Maria at Le Petit, it’s like a visit with family. We love her. HRRM is a beautiful resort, the new restaurants are big plus!

Great food, loved the ceviche. Daniel Cordova was very accommodating with my dietary requirements. We had two different appetizers and two different entrees and the ceviche and soft shell crab fried rice stood out. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Will definitely return.
