Thank you Aranza for the service. She helped us very well to do a late check out. Everyone is so friendly and always want to help you. We had 11 days of Paradise. It is our first time in Mexico but I hope not the last. Trs Yucatan you made our stay to a nice memory. Traveling is making new memories.

We were at the hotel for a 3 day stay, having spent a fantastic week in Cancun at a Riu Palace Las Americas. Firstly, this hotel complex is huge and amazing. If you want the sea and also a jungle feel with large lakes etc. then this is the place. You get to see plenty of Iguanas, exotic birds, racoons etc. It is huge so they have buggies zipping you around, however if you want to catch the wildlife, the best way is to walk. We stayed at the TRS Yucatan, which is Adults only. The hotel itself is immaculate and modern but with the feeling of Mayan culture. The food at the restaurants was amazing, with such a wonderful choice and all so pleasantly presented. The drinks, especially at the main bar in the lobby were expertly made. Special mention to the breakfast service in Capricho. Lovely welcoming from the Matre’d, great service by the waiting staff and to top it off, they had a harpist and a cello player; playing beautiful background music while you enjoy your breakfast. At lunch we dined at Helios (Al a Carte) and in the evening we dined at La Boheme (French Restaurant) & Tentazione (Italian Restaurant). All were excellent for choice, service, and food. Only criticism at Helios was they ask you at the door for an allergies and then when you go into the buffet area, not everything is clearly labelled so you end up second guessing and asking the staff. A further criticism is that we went All Inclusive. But only when you get to the hotel you realise there are different bands of All Inclusive and unless you upgrade to their Premium package, you are left with house wine etc at the restaurants. I do think that TRS need to look at the treatment of their guests as All Inclusive should mean that; for everyone. The staff are fantastic and special mention to Aranza who checked us in and to our butlers, Martha and Jose, who helped to iron out some of the issues we experienced. This unfortunately is what drops the points at this hotel, and only because they rate themselves as 5*+ and we felt better attention to detail was at our previous hotel in Cancun. Some examples, mainly centred around our room were: - • No dressing gowns in the room. Pretty standard in almost all 5-star hotels. • Requested an iron and ironing board and had to chase. Did not arrive on time and went out for the evening in our creased clothes. When it did arrive, the iron did not work, and we had to wait the next day for a replacement. • The vanity mirror was missing the power cable, and we could not use it, which is an issue as it is generally dark in the room for putting on make-up; even with all the lights switched on. • During check-in, no welcome drink, and a hard sell to upgrade to a black premium band costing c. $300. We possibly may have upgraded but not as soon as you walk through the doors. Once we got past that issue, there was an issue with our room, so we were pleasantly upgraded and that took away the bitter taste of the upselling. • My travel agent had informed upfront of the special occasion we were visiting; but disappointed the hotel did not do anything special as requested. • Our biggest frustration: through the turnaround service, our used towels were taken, which is fine; but they were not replaced meaning we had no towels in the morning to shower with. Had to wait for them to be delivered eating into our day. These are just some of the issues, if prevented would have made the experience so much more amazing. These are minor issues, and I do feel the butlers helped to iron them out, though it took some additional chasing. All in all, the complex is amazing, the gastronomy is amazing, and you will still have a great time.

TRS Yucatan provided a phenomenal stay! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, with everything from the luxurious accommodations to the pristine pools and beach exceeding expectations. The food and drinks were top-notch. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The bartenders were also skilled at crafting delicious cocktails. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa was a luxurious retreat, offering a variety of treatments and amenities. Overall, TRS Yucatan provided an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful six day stay at your beautiful resort. We were treated very well from the very beginning when greeted at the lobby transportation to our room our butlers went above and beyond and made sure we had a very pleasant day. Housekeeping staff was fantastic restaurant staff top-notch the entertainment was wonderful. We absolutely love the variety of restaurants and food due to this wonderful experience. We have decided to book another stay for next year for a longer period of time. we will absolutely refer this facility to our friends and family and we look forward to coming back next year thank you for giving us a wonderful time.

Here with my friend. Amazing resort, very clean, great amenities & attentive staff! We attended the CHIC Caberet Night and it was spectacular! Great show, talented performers, tasty food and attentive server! 10/10 hands down to ABRAHAM!!! He always made sure our drinks are topped off!
