We just had a fantastic vacation at Unico 2087 in Riviera Maya. The atmosphere is very chill, the food is excellent and the staff is extremely accommodating. I’d like to give a shout out to our Butlers Roger & Israel who went the extra mile every day to make our trip one we will remember for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this hidden gem of a resort for a super relaxing vacation destination.

A fantastic week in an incredible, spacious and very exclusive hotel. Highlight for our incredible butlers Israel and Roger. Super attentive, helpful and extremely competent. The hostess at restaurant 20 87 Alejandra and Jazmin are very friendly and attentive and the waitress Andrea was very attentive and provided perfect service. In Italian Mi Carissa and hosts Diana is extremely friendly and attentive. In general, everyone is very attentive. the rest are great. The pools are beautiful and the rooms are very beautiful and spacious.

I traveled to Unico as a Legendary member with my husband and two additional couples. We stayed for a week in April and had a great time. The weather was sunny with a breeze during the day. We enjoyed the beach but spent more time at the members pool. The resort was beautiful & clean. The service was great throughout the resort. Our butlers, Roger & Israel made sure our vacation went perfectly. They were very attentive, helpful & knowledgeable. We cannot wait to return next year!!

We had an excellent experience at Unico Hotel! Our butlers Roger and Israel are very kind, efficient and support us every single day! I really recommend them!! Also, Diana, hostess @ Mura House, Japanese restaurant is very kind and offer us always a good table! Andrea, the waitress @2087 restaurant is very helpful and always support us in our breakfast and lunch! Unico is an exclusive adult hotel! Is was an amazing experience! For sure we’ll come back next year!!

Upon arriving at the resort we were met by one of our Butlers Israel and his supervisor. We were taken to our Suite which was one of the suites overlooking the pool and the Caribbean Sea beyond. It was magical. Israel and Roger our other Butler left nothing to chance. From reservations for the restaurants to late night frantic calls to have laundry ready for the next evening nothing was too much for them to handle! As our stay progressed it felt more like Israel and Roger were more like family! I cannot say enough about their caring professionalism. When you book your stay please ask for Israel and Roger, yo will not be disappointed. Thank you again Israel and Roger! It was our best vacation ever!!!!!!
