I thought Paradise Point was a great place for a conference. The staff was informative and friendly. It was a beautiful spot to stay and experience San Diego's environment of flowers, waters and people.

Stayed in a Lania Garden Guest room at Paradise Point Resort and Spa. Kind of Hawaian themed resort. Our room was great, plenty room and spacious bathroom area. We were central based and had a view facing the main lake which was nice. Try and get a beach view room if possible. Separate adult and kids pools in the resort incase you are looking for a quieter area to relax. Resort is a little bit out from the downtown area. Cost about $12-$17 for an uber down to the Gaslamp Quarter, takes about 10 mins. You either have to drive or get a taxi if you want to go anywhere in San Diego. A bus stop is situated at the entrance to the resort but the bus takes about 45mins to get into Gaslamp Quarter. You can walk to SeaWorld which is about 20 mins away on the other side of the freeway. Food at the Barefood bar and grill and Caveman pizza was very good. Bit on the expensive side as was the alcohol. $6 for a can of beer. $11 for a draft beer. $12 for a glass of wine. As it's a bit out of the town they know they can charge extra and you need to pay for it. Food was good though. Morning cabin the main resort was very expensive but again as its the only 1 they can afford to charge more. $24 for 2 latte and 2 bagels. Never used any of the amenities as was out of the resort most of the time but they charge $38 per night in resort fees so try to get them included in your package. Overall a very good place to stay and we would go back to the resort.

The rooms and overall property is a bit old looking. Also, our room was situated next to a control room of some kind and was extremely loud all night. We couldn't sleep. This may be just our poor experience, but we wouldn't stay again.

Our three night stay was all around very nice. Rooms clean, quiet at night, staff was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed having multiple options for dining and took advantage of some of the onsite games.

This is a beautiful, scenic facility located in Mission Bay. There are plenty of bungalows that surround the bays which provide wonderful opportunities to capture sunsets and sunrises. The bungalows are spacious, housekeeping was always on point and the grounds are well kept. The dining options offer a nice variety, the pools are heated and the the meeting spaces are plentiful. Don't miss the opportunity to stroll through the garden located behind the front desk!!
