    I planned a last minute getaway and it was amazing. I ended up extending my stay an additional 2 days. They did a great job with covid protocol. What I love about Body Holiday- the staff is so welcoming and the accommodations are beautiful; there is a variety of activities offered everyday; the included daily spa treatments are first class; fully equipped gym (with CrossFit equipment and a view); the beach; the pools! All the water sports are right on property and also included. If you are traveling alone, you have the option to dine at the communal table - an absolutely great way to meet new friends! This was my fourth stay! I’ll be back again.

    I actually regret booking this hotel. It was done on a whim, and after hearing good reviews I thought it should be a great place. Bearing in mind I usually go for more lux boutique hotels. Pros The only pro to this resort is their staff - they are generally lovely and helpful. Apart from that, it's awful. I regret spending 2k and I was literally counting down the days until I moved onto my second hotel - Sugar Beach (highly recommend) Cons: - I felt like I was stuck in the year 2000. Very dated in terms of experience, vibe and facilities. There was no special attention to the finer details in the customer experience. - This is not a place for under 30s. It was very much Club 35-55 and not in a good way. - Full of middle-class uncultured Brits (which is their target market) - who expect a very English experience despite being 10,000s of miles away from the UK. - The food was mediocre at best. Very inconsistent and lacked quality & freshness. After a while, everything tasted the same. I would often dread my meals, generally very bland. I was shocked to see a British Roast Dinner being served on one of the nights. This is a tropical black country with a wealth of beautiful flavours/foods and culture. - The English owners/managment were extremely standoffish. I got the impression that they don't treat staff particularly well either. The owners of this place really do need to reconsider and evolve their hotel to the current day if they want to have any chance of staying relevant in a post-COVID world. I just don't understand why people are obsessed with this place. I suspect that the people who love this place wholeheartedly are very English and unsophisticated,

    We visited just before lockdown on our delayed honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff really make the body holiday a special place. They are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was fantastic, a good size with lovely little touches to make the stay special. The daily spa treatment was so relaxing and there were plenty of activities to do each day so you could be as active as you wanted. I loved trying watersports for the first time. The food at all the restaurants was great. The only down side I would say was the amount of mosquito’s and how long it took to get to the hotel from the airport. However that didn’t spoil our trip at all. We honestly had the most amazing time.

    I will keep this short and sweet. I arrived a week after re-opening. All of the Covid protocols were implemented professionally and efficiently in true Bodyholiday style. Yes, things were a bit different but did it affect my holiday? Absolutely not, I had an amazing time. Service was excpetional as ever and I did not want to leave. Huge congratulations and thanks to every single member of staff. I salute you all. see you next May and thankyou

    Our 3rd visit to the hotel as the hotel reopened under Covid rules was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel dealt with the Covid precautions in a sensitive and appropriate way ensuring that we were kept safe but it didn't detract from our holiday. The spa treatments and activities were as excellent as normal as were the cocktails. Food was not as good and the range of choice was quite a lot less especially the buffet but still of a good standard for an all inclusive hotel. Our room the Grand Luxury Ocean Front was lovely and we would definitely want to stay in this type of room again.
