We came here for our honeymoon last year and immediately decided that we’d come back every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. To say that this place is gorgeous..would be an understatement. Hands down THE BEST STAFF and service we have EVER experienced. Carlos (waiter for the beach) is incredibly thoughtful and kind. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, especially with it being our anniversary. He remembered us from the year before and remembered my husband’s name, which blew us away and made us feel incredibly special. Sean is also an amazing beach concierge, anything we needed he’d go out of his way to make it happen. Juan (Scooby Doo Pa Pa) was THE BEST bartender. Fun and always smiling. Fernanda and Elizabeth were incredibly helpful and kind to answer all of our questions. We cannot wait to come back and see these amazing people and the rest of the staff at this amazing resort. Without them, these memories wouldn’t be nearly as special. Thank you Finest for making our 1st Wedding Anniversary better than we could have ever imagined. ????

After all the stress that the pandemic brought us, we had an amazing time as always in Finest. Everyone at the resort was very happy, pleasant, helpful and make sure we didn't need anything. The kids club was amazing, very clean. The activities were amazing for our daughter. Also It was my daughter birthday and they made her day extra special. Daniela, Wendy, Kim, Monse, Fabi and Maritza think about everything so my daughter can always remember this day from having the other kids write a birthday note, sing for her, they also gave her a gift from the kids club. They really didn't missed anything. They are always with a smile and very welcoming. Thank you for everything!!!

All the staff members went above and beyond to help out my friends and I to ensure a pleasant vacation. This includes but not limited to Daniel the bartender at The Excellence Club bar, Julieta at Dommo, Angel at the beachfront, Felipe at the smoothie bar.

We have come 2 times. First time in building 2 and this time in building 6. Both experiences were great. This current trip we were nervous with Covid, but the resort is super clean, and precautions have been put in place. Carlos Poot made our beach side experience fantastic. Every morning he greeted us with a smile and warm personality. He went out of his way to make our trip memorable. Damien and Freddy were also all very sweet and will be missed. Thank you for a great trip and an anniversary to remember. Great place for families or just our significant other.

Carlos by the pool made our trip the best. We will be back for sure and look for him. My wife and I celebrated our 20 th here and he and the whole staff made it memorable. Accommodated all of our requests and went out of his way to make us feel special.
