    Nice Resort, great amenities but the customer service bit as good. We had a very frustrating check in that lasted almost three hours and lobby employees where everything but helpful or amicable. Rooms are beautiful but are damp and moldy. (they need to fix this asap)

    Mu family had a great experience at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa with helpful staff from travel club staff to waiters/bar tenders, entertainment staff and bell boys. The food and drink quality is excellent. The spa facility is out out of this world with all the different services and great water treatment facilities. The live bands and nightly shows are very good. We have 3 kids; 2 with wheelchairs and the resort is very accessible and the staff did a great job to make sure our stay was relaxing and fun and they went beyond our expectations.

    Nightmare!!!! we were asked to pay 19 thousand dollars to get better service

    We are members of GRAND PALLADIUM TRAVEL CLUB and we paid an obscene amount of money to receive " exclusive benefits" but I can say that was money down the drain, we stayed there during July of this year and it was a NIGHTMARE, I slipped and fell during our first night due to an A/C malfunction, tore my ligaments and even though it was their fault no medical services were provided and I had to pay them from my own pocket, we had COCKROACHES in the room which was never cleaned properly and also very inconsistent, SERVICES AND FOOD IN EACH OF THE RESTAURANTS WAS AWFUL, one of our kids have FOOD POISONING, the lack of professionalisms and customer service was evident, I had to write my own food order at the Sports Bar and get into the kitchen to get my food - they had 2 servers for the whole restaurant, we complained and voiced our dissatisfaction to each of the TRAVEL CLUB and we were sent to an “actualization" with the sales team, there this guy called "JC" said we were right service sucked and the only way to receive the best service was paying 19, 0000 DOLLARS for a black bracelet/upgrade, we contacted travel club manager/staff several times after and since that, we have not received any call or email from the hotel- well I have to say that Josue our server at the Club pool was amazing and the Spa is a great place. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY here and avoid contacting staff to file complaints they won't TAKE CARE OF IT AND PLUS: THEY DON’T CARE.

    The perfect spot for our family getaway

    My husband and I and our 2yo and 4yo daughter spent 5 nights at Grand Palladium in a Jr. Swimup suite. The room was the perfect choice for us! The Swimup was perfect since our children still take a 2-3hr daily nap so we could still step outside and swim. The resort met expectations and the staff was amazing! You really can't beat the friendliness of everyone working here. They often reminded me I was on vacation as they assisted with bags or strollers and truly took care of us. We taught our daughters a few basic Spanish phrases and they loved interacting with the staff and they loved it too. Everything was in great working order in our room and the resort was well kept. We used the kids club the last night for an adults dinner at the Mexican restaurant and Reuben made it a fantastic dinner and great last night. We wished we had used it more... The food wasn't amazing at the buffet, but we expected that. We were happy with the quality of the restaurants, just wish there had been more lunch options or restaurants open during lunch. Our girls liked the evening entertainment shows. There were a few times we had to wait for the boats or golf cart but it was just here and there, not all the time. We utilized the free transport from the airport and had a couple minutes wait time after arrival and they provided carseats free of charge both ways. Overall, I would recommend this resort for families with young children or older children. We were in building 11 and liked how close it was to the beach and the pool next door was great. Would definitely recommend this resort to others. Great value for the price! Tip: if the front desk says there are no open reservations for Hibachi, just go to the restaurant at opening and ask for any openings/cancellations. We were able to easily get a table that way.

    This is really a 5 star. Rooms are amazing, food is great and service is at the same level. I really felt like at home but with someone always there to get me what I need. You ask and they make the effort. I will certainly come back.
