Nice all-inclusive resort. Especially LOVED our service at the pool by Perla. She was absolutely lovely and helpful with our questions about Cozumel.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozumel Palace, and it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Our kids absolutely loved the water park, complete with slides and splash pads, while the adults enjoyed lounging by the pool or indulging in spa treatments. Overall, our experience at Cozumel Palace was nothing short of spectacular.

Checked in and was told I owed them another 800+ USD dollars (an additional $200 per night) and was not given any options. My son turned 18 shortly before our arrival (he turned 18 well after I made the reservation when he was 17). Because of this they said I owed the additional amount. When I suggested I cancel the reservation, this was not an option because of their cancelation policy (they were completely unwilling to help me). This confusion could have been avoided if they asked for the DOB, rather than the age (this still has not been changed on their website). Their customer service was awful - they were inflexible and had a non-caring attitude. Additionally, knowing that I would have an addition charge on my credit card suckered me into their time share presentation. DO NOT DO THIS! it is high pressure and they kept us past the 90 minutes. After I clearly got frustrated, they let us go. This place is a rip off. They will try and suck every bit of dollar out of you. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER PALCE RESORT EVER AGAIN. AND I ADVISE ALL OF OUR FRIENDS THE SMAE. AVOID ALL PALACE RESORTS!!!

Cozumel Palace is truly a top notch resort with impeccable service and delicious food. The staff are amazing and everything is excellent. Cozumel Palace are doing fantastic job in everything. There is only one negative thing which I beg management to consider solving it very soon and that is that the beach closes at 5:30 PM which is way too early for it too be closed at that 5:30 PM. It would be really great if the lifeguard hours are extended to 7:30 PM because the best swimming is done before sun set. How can you close the most beautiful beach and God’s creation so early. I implore you to extended the beach hours.
