Serene, Beautiful and the Cleanest resort ever!

This is the place to unwind and truly relax. We felt very secure in this super sanitized resort. From the shoe sanitizing, to the hand sanitizers, masks, constant disinfecting of surfaces and disinfected new pen for each guest at check-in. The resort has so many restaurants from the buffet style to the classy seafood and italian and gelato and dessert cafe all throughout the day. there is nothing to worry about here. Enjoyed the view of the ocean from our room.

Very affordable, although this maybe due to covid. Stayed for seven nights with my daughter and had a great time. Family friendly, safe, very clean, and never felt bored with all to do onsite or outside of the venue. The food was better than expected and the customer service was amazing. We didn't experience any issues during our stay. I'd not only stay here again, but I'd recommend it to friends and families.

Nice Get Away - Family Friendly

This was a nice, inexpensive getaway after a year of COVID. We went as a family - from Grandparents to Grandchildren, we all had a great time. The Italian Restaurant was the best. Food was delicious and the staff were all extremely friendly.

We love Cozumel and have stayed at Grand Park Royal four times now. The staff is always so friendly. They make improvements every time we go back. This won't be the last time we stay at Grand Park Royal.

For the money, this place was incredible! Very nice staff and beautiful views from the rooms. My wife and I were looking for things to do, and Faustimo (concierge) and his staff were very helpful. He tried to get us to do a timeshare presentation, but when we explained we already had one and weren't interested, he was still very nice and informative. They called us by name and smiled each day. Over the top service compared to how cheap everything was!
