    Great anniversary day

    We've been having a wonderful time in the Clayton as we're spending our second year anniversary together. Earlier tonight we had dinner downstairs at the restaurant as part of our celebration. We mentioned this to our server, Lauren, who wonderfully surprised by adding the words 'Happy Anniversary' on one of our dessert plates. She was so welcoming and attentive - this kind of service is one of a kind!

    Spent one night in this hotel. Good carpark, lovely big lobby. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Plenty of staff in restaurant. Limited menu, I suppose its a sign of the times, however, food is excellent. Rooms large, spotless and windows open to a Limited capacity.

    Really enjoyable staycation ... we will be back

    Myself and my husband went to the Clayton for 1 night’s staycation,even though we live in Dublin but we were limited to where we could go to due to level 3 lockdown. We were really impressed with the hotel inside and out, as it such a beautiful building .The interior inside was really modern,spacious and clean which was great. The bedrooms were a good size ,also lovely and clean. We unfortunately had a radiator mal function as the thermostat got stuck on hot ?? so Graeme the guest relations manager upgraded us to an executive suite straight away and offered us a free drink on the house for our troubles ,which I thought was a very nice gesture ,so thank you Graeme . We had food in the main bar area .The burger was just ok as I have had better but the chips and pizza were very tasty.The bar staff were really friendly and helpful particularly Philip as he served us all night.He was so efficient and a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble ,so thanks Philip for helping make our stay even better..?? The breakfast was good ,in particular the sausages.I did feel it would have been nice if there were a few more choices available such as pancakes with bacon and maple syrup or salmon with eggs benedict etc ,but on saying that the food was tasty and the service was really good and there were no delays even though they were very busy..well staffed. So overall we had a really nice time and I would highly recommend this Clayton hotel to my family and friends. Thank you all.

    From start to finish the staff were lovely . Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe The hotel is beautifully designed and soo comfortable. The guest relations manager was very welcoming went out of his way to make our stay a great experience. Rory that was serving ours drinks was a lovely young man .

    We had such a lovely stay in the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge for 6 nights as a family of four. We were getting renovation work done on our house so was quite a stressful time but the hotel staff and management went above and beyond in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay and the kids so well looked after. I can’t remember remember everyone by name but a particular call out to Graeme, Simon and a lovely girl who looked after us at breakfast for the first few days. Well done to all the team. An experience like this creates customer loyalty.
