There is no coffee machine in the room. The suit is big enough but old, as in it needs a paint job, furniture are old and lumpy. It smells funny and service was slow. I asked for no cleaning necessary but ask for extra towels and was instructed to call house keeping for such request. Most of the restaurants and shows are closed.

Treasure Island is a class act! The staff has been extremely attentive to every detail. Request to housekeeping have been for filled very quickly. The marketing department has been very accommodating and dining is top notch. The casino floor is constantly being cleaned and the atmosphere is great!

This was a last minute rental for our first trip to Las Vegas. The other hotel we had reservation at was closed without calling to let us know. This turned out to be a blessing. Treasure Island was a much better hotel and location. Very clean rooms and friendly personnel.

Stay away unless you have no option.

The hotel itself looks clean enough and has a nice air to it. But upon check in to our room we found multiple food items on our floors that weren't cleaned , which made me question if they even changed the bed . When I called housekeeper I kindly ask if the room could be cleaned and was met with the worst attitude . The staff was so inconsiderate and carefree about our needs , I took precautions not to complain again in fear of our stuff going "missing" in retaliation. Which shouldn't have been a concern at all in the first place !! We couldn't get a refund so was stuck here for 4 days . Tips: bring your own pillow bc their pillows and beds are horrific. As someone who usually sleeps on a Murphy bed, this bed was even worse than a pull put couch the pillow were lumpy and no one could sleep right . Had to go to Walmart for pillows, the safe wouldn't open . We had a view of a roof top , the room seems to have central air so you can't control how cold it gets. And it gets pretty warm at night in 103 vegas weather . The walls are paper thin so we can hear the room next door blasting music/ tv and kids running above us . Gets super loud around 12 am.
