    Stains and needs renovation

Not consistent with the Hilton standards. Ceiling and carpet were stained. Room was kept clean, but plumbing was a bit noisy. Front desk female supervisor was rude. Bellman was friendly and help. Advertised that there would be restaurant open, but it was only a takeout service. The price was cheap and the hotel is going through transition to a new owner. I hope the new owner gives this property the update it needs.

Fun! Great place right on the strip but not too expensive. Clean, friendly staff.

    4 hours sleep in 3 days...terrible

For the good: the rooms are pretty large and they do provide housekeeping but that is all I can say that was good about it. Parking lot is very creepy and not at all patrolled plus there are always random people walking in and out of it as its not closed off. However...my biggest issue was that I had to be up around 5am two of the 3 days I was staying there, so i specifically asked on check in to be placed in a quiet area. The front desk lady said "It's very quiet" as she gave me the keys...to a room on the 1st floor closest to the main elevator. The hotel has NO SOUNDPROOFING, like none at all and worse than any no-star motel Ive ever stayed at. Needless to say until 2-3am nightly I was treated to listening to loud, drunk people yell and scream down the hallways as the made their way to the elevator. Also, the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors on either side breathing...literally. And then around 2am the arguing started...and lasted until 4am and felt like they were in the room with me. The next day the same room had some family in it whose kids were screaming and yelling half the night. Normally, I am not picky, having stayed in hotels from no-star to 5-star resorts and usually don't expect much but this was completely insane. And then the HOTEL had the audacity to charge a $41/night RESORT fee for giving me 2 complimentary mini bottles of water. spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!

Not consistent with the Hilton brand. Rooms need updating. Housekeeping was great and rooms were very clean. Pool are and pool service was excellent. Valet was friendly and helpful. More so than the front desk.

We stayed there for about four nights the hotel is located on the southern end of the Las Vegas strip. Currently because of Covid none of the restaurants are open other than Starbucks and the bars. I think it was ludicrous that they would charge guests a resort fee. When there’s nothing to benefit from the resort fee since everything is closed. The beds were uncomfortable the rooms seem to be lacking in upkeep one of which is stains in the furniture. In the room also had mold and dust in the air vents in the bathroom and the AC unit. There also was shown a lot of wear and tear in the shower and the bathroom. The casino floor was nice the staff was very friendly. But the pool is ice cold it was also upsetting that the pool is only open for about six hours in a day. I feel as though I could’ve spent about the same money maybe a little bit more to stay at a nicer hotel farther down the strip.
