Great stay !!

Tasha a checked me in at the front desk, everyone treated us as kings and queens. We had a perfect stay.The grounds were very clean. The food was great love the staff. Ps.Book an oceanfront room when coming to the hotel the view is lovely. GIVE EVERYONE A RAISE !!!!

I had a wonderful time at this resort. Vonee and kamala at the bar at the lobby is excellent always polite and has great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely return because of these guys. The food was good and the cocktails as well

Great potential, Low value for money, mediocre guest service

Iberostar Suites has great facilities, but doesn't keep Customer satisfaction as their priority. The good : 1. Facilities are great. Resort is beautiful and the grounds are kept very well. Pool, Spa and Fitness facilities are great. 2. Very good hygiene. Everything is kept clean. Room cleaning has been great. Suites are comfortable. 3. Has the potential to be be an amazing resort if only it is managed by a management who is creative enough and wants to keep the Customer happy. The bad : 1. Most of the staff is tired and just want to do the bare minimum. They don't even smile or give proper eye contact. 2. At the price point they are selling, the evening entertainment is a big joke. Family lip sync and the dance routines were a sad excuse for people paying at this price point. There should have been more cultural exposure in the entertainment - Jamaican dance and culture needs to be incorporated. It just felt very lazy and bare min. 3. Liquor is pretty cheap. At this price point, they can atleast give a few coupons to the guests for premium liquor. 4. Ambience in the hotel esp on evenings is horrible. The nearby Iberostar Beach had a better cool ambience, better restaurants and more friendly staff. 5. Lazy river is super lazy and there is no good entertainment for kids. You have to walk on the lazy river if you need to move from where you start. 6. Concierge keeps saying there is no need for reservations. But when you go to the restaurant, you have to wait 1 hour to get into the restaurant and another 90 minutes to get the food. Worst thing is restaurant is only half filled when the guest waits outside for one hour because there are not enough Kitchen staff to make food or people to wait on. When a family is staying for 6 nights, its disappointing that the hotel could not even guarantee even one night where they can have dinner at the restaurant of their choice. 7. Guest service was the most disappointing and horrible experience. The guest service team and the Iberostar Sales team manager did not want to listen to any feedback. They just want to do bare min for guest not to complain. The lady sitting at Guest service team practically shooed me off their office.

Great stay and kids club

The Star Camp kids club was great! My five year old was excited to go every day, the activities were so fun, the staff was loving, attentive and caring. They had a good mix of indoor and outdoor water activities to keep the kids engaged. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

The customer service at front desk/ reception is so amazing. Cora was very receptive, understanding and took care of us with big smile on her face. Very pleasant experience. The hotel and the staff is very amazing too. All the amenities are very good for families and the staff are excellent.
