    Sheraton NY is in a great location with close proximity to Times Square and an array of entertainment options. The staff is very professional and super helpful. There appears to be commitment by the hotel to continuous improvement.

    Our home away from home !

    This hotel is truly a home away from home for us... we visit 6 to 8 times a year and have never been disappointed ... We are Bonvoy Titanium Elite members, and we will amass over 135 nights this year.... The Sheraton Times Square is Grand hotel here...in the middle of everything on Seventh Avenue and 52nd Huge lobby area and The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent for a quiet dinner or a drink after a long day. The bartenders are very welcoming and helpful... Looking for fun? What do you want to do? The hotel is also a short walk from Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Radio City, St Patrick’s Cathedral, The Broadway Theaters and the best restaurants in the world... The subway is right downstairs for a ride north to Yankee Stadium and Arthur Avenue in the Bronx or south to SoHo, the financial district and the Battery.... Location, location, location … this hotel has the perfect location. While hotel facilities are the body of a hotel, the staff is the soul; and the staff here Is truly outstanding in every single area. From check in to check out, every staff member we have ever encountered is welcoming and always ready to help in any way. They were so good that they not only respond to requests, they anticipate them… now that is service. There was no request too big or too small for the hotel staff, and they have made all of our stays truly like being in a home away from home…. That is very much appreciated....Return here…. You bet ….over and over and over again .... Special Kudos must go out to the staff members noted below who were especially welcoming and helpful … FRONT DESK JADE ... she is a gem. Her customer service is not good it is spectacular! She is warm, friendly and welcoming.... the perfect “face” for a hotel. BETH was perfect in welcoming us on Saturday and was sure we were checked in and comfortable in our rooms to begin out busy tour of the Big Apple ... THE LIBRARY BAR Carlos and Linda went out of their way as usual to make our evening cocktails a perfect ending to a busy day MGRS Eugene Nayyer and Zoe Pepper made sure that we had the perfect rooms for our family .... Thank you all for another perfect visit ... Dr John Metallo and family

    Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. Room was small but that is New York. Had a coffee maker. I was on floor 35 so almost no street noise. If you have lounge access, the breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, food in evening was mediocre at best. Was very crowded with lots of families and tour groups. Crowds did not get in the way. I am an elite member and live in hotels. I would stay here again.

    We arrived at 6 pm Friday and were informed that our room was not ready and they couldn’t give us a time when we could get in. So we headed out for dinner and gave them our number to call when room was available. We returned after 9 with no phone call and asked again about room. It was indeed ready but nobody had informed us. Door was broken and because of that maid accidentally left door unlocked and ajar. Also found dirty rubber glove in room after that. Came back late Sunday night and couldn’t get in. Waited in hallway at 12:30 am for two different employees to let us in finally. We were told they could fix that night (by now it was after 1 am) or wait till morning. We opted to wait. Tried to get late check out next morning because so tired. $100 extra to stay one extra hour. No thanks. Everyone we dealt with was nice but management and customer satisfaction sucks.

    We were recommended to stay at the Sheraton by Virgin Holidays and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The reception staff couldn’t do enough for us on arrival, they were very polite and very helpful, The location was perfect for our stay and the room was a decent size (33rd floor giving is a view over Times Square) very clean and very tidy, the bathroom was a bit on the small size but didn’t detract in any way from our stay We are going back to New York next year and will stay at the Sheraton again.
