Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our family trip to Disneyland. Perfect walking distance to the park. Rooms & service was great. Had connecting rooms. They offered scooter rental for use from hotel & Disneyland.

What a dump and no parking. Stay elsewhere

What a dump. Stayed at several Disney area hotels and this is the worst. The exterior castle look is cool but walk in to 1960 with sheets that literally look like grandmas house. Topping the crappy rooms is the stupid parking issue. You spend $350 to stay the night expecting to walk to Disneyland the next day but THEY DON'T HAVE PARKING!!! You have to drive to a Disney lot and pay more. They offered as available parking up til 3PM. Huh Morons I'll just leave Disneyland at 2 PM to move my car. Save your Money. Stay at Portifino or Marriott. This place smells horrible too. Like the mothballs in Grandmas closet.

    Not as advertised!

They advertise a family suite, that we stayed in, as two seperate rooms. All they did was pull the couch out and put in a king bed. You have to walk through this room to get to the only bedroom. There was no closet in this room. To work the coffee pot you had to search for a plug. Because the cord was so short, you had to place it on the floor. The room allows up to six people, which means you could have two cars. The problem is they only allow one car per room. They don't even allow you to pay for an extra space. Their advice was to talk to the hotel next to them and ask them if you could pay them to park there. If I wanted to park there I would have paid for a room there. Next time I will. The front desk employees were very cold. Like talking to programmed robots. I gave it a two star only because it was clean. Front desk even argued with me about my vehicle license plate number.

    Great Option for Disneyland

This is a nice hotel if you are planning for a family trip to Disneyland. They offer free parking, and we didn't have any issue finding a parking spot. The property is within a couple of blocks from the park and easy walking distance. There are restaurants and other convenience stores nearby (Walgreen's, etc.). The staff was very nice, and offers typical amenities. There is no breakfast so be sure to go to Walgreen's for some quick bites in the morning so you don't have to buy in the park. It was cool when we were there so we didn't use the pool or hot tub, but it was outdoors and looked decent. The rooms were nothing fancy, but clean and typical of the price range. Overall we would stay here again if we visit Disneyland in the future.

We stayed at Castle Inn and Suites for a conference. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The best part of our stay was the friendly, accommodating and professional staff who assisted us throughout our stay. Nother was any trouble, they were happy to help and very generous with their time.
