Fantastic hotel / based on International drive (Dysney parks close ).Travelled with Virgin holidays family of 6 Adults and 4 grand children. Hotel and water park kept clean,rooms a little dated ,reception attentive .Definitely go back.

Excellent place to spend with family. The kids had so much fun. So many things to do at one place. Close to parks and restaurants. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend. I will stay here again and again

Stay well away, dirty with cockroaches is the room fridge. Nothing nice about the place to be honest. Whilstntjr brochure looks great and sells it - it's a misconception - do yourself a favour and find some place else. I booked through virgin and wouldn't go again!!!

Their bell service is top notch, Eric helped us with our luggage and was beyond kind and helpful, probably my most memorable meeting with anyone during my vacation. Dude deserves crazy recognition! Power went out during the stay and some people were stuck in the elevator but it came back after only about 10-15 min. Needs updated air conditioning, it was so hot in the room and it felt like the ac turned off constantly. The bars were great, the people tending the bars were kind even though they were swarmed with people.

Please heed my warning and do not go here. There are far better places with "water parks" in Orlando. It had such a run down feel. Like there was a layer of grime all over it. The only great thing about it was the nice bartender at the pool area. Juan maybe? He was awesome! The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Don't let the pictures of the "water park" area fool you, it is nothing to write home about. Won't stay here again.
