This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we had a great time once again! The resort is huge with a choice of pools including a lazy river which my daughter loved! It’s well kept and while a bit old fashioned, the quality is good so it isn’t tatty. The breakfast is good but expensive, staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There was a problem with our room and Olivia sorted it immediately and upgraded us to a suite which was really nice (thank you Olivia!). I can’t think of any negatives other than the plastic cups in the rooms which are wasteful and also gave off budget hotel vibes. There was also a limescale build up which isn’t a huge issue but again, it kind of pulls things down a bit. We did love it and would highly recommend, particularly for families.

The service at the Tesoro cove buffet was great! Food was hot and plentiful. The price was a bit high, but not terrible compared to other buffets. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff: Richard, Ashley, Gema, Sonya, Claudia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very polite and efficient staff. Richard and Gema were wonderful during our breakfast experience. Everyone took care of us, provided us with needed instructions etc, and even allowed us to check into our room early! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bus driver, NELSON is an asset to be recognized. His job is to shuttle hotel guest to and from Disney World. He goes above and beyond customer service with his kindness and compassion for his riders. He offered each of us a free water as we exited his bus. His infectious energy is priceless and an asset to be cherished. THANK YOU, NELSON. From, the couple you took an extra step for our care.??

My family and I went while on vacation in April, 2024. We were well taken care of by Richard during our visit. He was was very friendly and anticipated our needs. There was a good variety of foods to choose from and it was all tasty. We will most definitely be back on our next trip.
