    Scam fraud 2hr pool limit

    Website says the pools are open but they don’t tell you until you get there that you only get 2hrs a day of pool use by reservation only. Never again worst service and watch for golf balls when sitting and the small pool.

    Unfortunately had to cancel a t-time for two due the the Covid-19 outbreak. Called to see assistance with a refund, but told the phone lines to the pro shop were down and would have to e-mail. Sent two e-mails to the address that was provided and never ever received a response. Pretty sad customer service when you can't help people out due to medical emergency.

    Stayed at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa while visiting the area with our golf group. This is a good facility for a group. The hotel staff was very responsive to our needs and changes while arranging for the stay. They have a good shuttle to take you to their offsite golf course and the casino. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The resort is spread out over several buildings which can make for a bit of a walk but it helps with plenty of nearby parking to each building. We played both golf courses, enjoyed the Pete Dye course a little more.

    The rooms and grounds are very nice and well maintained. If you don't have a car you do become captive to the resort. There are not a lot of economical choices for dining and a lack of a business center was a bit disappointing. The pool areas were also nice. Because we were there for a conference it wasn't a holiday hence expectations might be different. If you are that the outskirts of the resort it is a bit of walk especially if it rains

    We will Definately come back. Such great service and beautiful accommodations! In the midst of Coronavirus, a small but dedicated group made us comfortable and kept us safe. We kept our distance from the few other guests, but they were still working to keep us safe but provided with food, etc.
