Everyone was super nice and welcoming. All of the servers were accommodating. One of the servers named Miguel was really entertaining and funny. It made our dinner that much more enjoyable. I had a great time and will definitely look forward to coming back again.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. Great service down at the pool, restaurants and bar. Erik, Santos, Gabriella, and Francisco all took great care of us during our week, they were very attentive to anything we needed. The lagoon was beautiful and the hotel is close to town.

My wife and I loved our stay at Costa Sur. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was impeccable. We especially loved the towel attendant at the pool, Mia. Mia was not friendly and helpful, but she also remembered our room number and our special accommodations. It is this attention to detail that makes us excited to visit again.

The staff at Costa Sur is excellent. Raul is a fantastic server at the pool and restaurant, Juan and Fabricio are excellent bar tenders, Fernando is very helpful and accommodating at the front desk, and Juan Q. is very helpful at the front bellhop for luggage and any general questions you may have about getting around in the area. Great experience and we will be back soon!
