The 9th floor bartender is 10/10. Some of the rest of the staff are great too like Esmeralda and the breakfast staff. The pool bartenders are awful and the pool/beach waitstaff take forever, I think the hotel understaffs them to the prevent ppl from ordering. It’s terrible.

Our time here has been fantastic! From the food each day from the buffet to all the restaurants have been so good. The staff also has been amazing...everyone has been so warm and welcoming. Sergio and his team Luis and Giovani around the pool has made our vacation relaxing, ensuring our drinks weren't empty and our belly's full. Thank you for a relaxing week.

This is the eighth visit to Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. We love the friendly atmosphere and comfort here. The entire staff helps you feel comfortable from the first steps to the reception until the last minute of your stay. We were there for 10 days and felt the attention of the staff the entire time. Darcy Bravo from Chula Vista managed to pay attention to all visitors and with other issues such as transportation to the airport. Thank you, very professional. Ernesto- Food Manager really wants to make the best food on the coast and listens to all customer opinions. Hugo and James from Cavicheria do an excellent professional job. Diego at the Italian restaurant is professional and polite. Antonio, Jessica, Ignacio, Rafael from Sonne Club try to make clients happy. All employees do a good job. Hotel staff were amazing we had my mom in a wheelchair the staff were always making sure she was ok, helped push her all over, very friendly, polite. Ramp’s are very steep to be pushing anyone that might be heavy. Rooms were super clean, main lobby always clean & public washrooms. Wasn’t a big selection of food choices & hard to figure out what restaurants were open & when especially the Buffett that was very random if opened or not. No night life & band finished at 11pm. Kids were very noisy in the morning in hallways, nothing the hotel can control but would consider adult only resort next time. Everything was very good. Facility, with nice display and nature, was clean and well mantained. Staff were friendly. All inclusive resort brought a great experience with variety of activities, foods, and drinks. Javier was excellent at Rosato restaurant - our favorite during the stay
