Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach

Tank you for a wonderful vacation with viva. Our family has been staying there for 2 weeks, the hotel, nature, climate were excellent. I’m really grateful to the animation team, all they are talented, cheerful and warm people and never let us get bored, and especially to Maria- she was very kind and friendly. We felt like in family with the awesome people! I’m especially thankful to the sports-point team. The guys were so friendly and taught me to do windsurfing in 5 days! I’ve never did it before but here I studied feel the wind and go on it. Captain Santana, Braulio, John were very kind to help me. Sometimes I came two times a day and they always helped me and when I went too far from the shore, especially when the wind was too strong, they took me back in a boat. The hours of windsurfing were, I should say, the best activity of all the time! The director of the sport point, Vincent was kinda rude, without any prevention he shouted at me because I used to go far to the sea so that the guys should have come for me in the boat. I didn’t even think about it before, nobody told me about that! I can understand his point of view, but his manner was really awful and the following day I was afraid to come and do sports there. Anyway when I asked Santana about the “problem”, he kindly talked to me and didn’t mean that he and his team had any trouble with me, it all was about studying and I was happy to meet such great and positive people!)

It’s my second time in one month visiting this place and I love it! ????Everyone there are so nice and friendly. Other than the beautiful beach and water that I loved it, I also loved animation team. Those people work so hard for our entertainment that I really appreciate that. Especially Giada, Lilo, Maria, Bea, Byron, Manuel, Tania ????this people are the best and very nice. They made me feel like family and everyday they made me smile, so I advise people to check out this place so you won’t miss out good fun????it’s also good for kids because this place have entertainments for kids too ??I’m thankful for everyone who made me feel like I was home and I had so so much fun??

It was a great experience, kind staff, good service, and a great place to vacation. Shoutout for the awesome service provided by Isamar and Angelica at the placita bar, you guys are the best!!!! ??????

We've met almost no Americans there. Why? No concept of Service at Wyndham Dominicus. No (promised) internet in the room. We didn't use cocktails or drinks -- they were undrinkable. The food was not good and we had to eat out a lot. I brought 6 different sets of guests -- NONE of the room keys were working. All 3 bungalows were forced to stay open. We didn't want to keep them open, but simply had no other choice, cause we had to spend half of our vacations, going back and forth to the Reception, where NO ONE cared, and they only handed out new keys every few hours. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and NOWHERE in the world there was such bad service: no one cares. We did communicate to the Management, and got a polite, but very cold shower. They WILL make you feel that it's your own fault that the keys are not working. One of my guests feels compelled to pursue this further. She is writing to the Ministry of Tourism, and a few other places. My other guests said they will file a case with their credit card, to get their money back, because their vacations turned out to be nothing less than a horror story. They have taken pictures and one video, to illustrate their points. The worst stay we've ever had. We simply couldn't believe that COMPLETE absence of Service and taking any responsibility was still possible in the 21st century.

I think your meals have nothing to do with world cuisine. very bad! Poisonous insects get into my room due to insufficient spraying .. and your safety is also very disrespectful. they sleep every night I think our security is zero .. never argue with the security of this place because they are superior to you and they can punch you .. frankly, the most disgusting hotel in the world .. it has a racist staff. .
