We had the best time at the majestic colonial. The time went to fast, everyday was a great memory. When we first arrived we were immediately taken care of and greeted so friendly. We had a bellboy take our bags to our room . Our room was very nice and clean , the balcony was great, beds were comfortable as well. We went down to the beach right away and the color of the water and sand is unreal , sooooo beautiful. We had someone come over and crack open a coconut for us and we drank the milk , very good . They had entertainment every night and the workers always were happy and so hard working . The food was so unbelievable, the buffet had everything you can dream of for breakfast lunch and dinner , we ate at the Japanese restaurant on night , in which you do need a reservation for and that was fun and yummy as well. The pools were the perfect temp and very clean . They have a bunch of shops on the resort in which you can get souvenirs and cigars and pretty much anything you could want or need . They have pool tables n ping pong , also a huge entertainment room where they do the evening shows at . The excursions we did were awesome . We did the buggy’s and monkey land which was soooo fun and the monkeys were so cute and excited. You will get muddy on the buggy’s. The guides were great that stayed with us. We also did the 2 hr catamaran trip to the island soma . We snorkeled, swam in the most beautiful water I have ever seen in my life . We got massages in the beach, it was a dream come true . There was fun entertainment on the boat ride back and the drinks were flowing. Every night after dinner we would go to the plaza bar, we had the best bartender named Johan, he was so attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. His English was very good and he is good at his job , he made us laugh and we had such a great time with him every night. When it was time to go , we did not want to. It was such a great trip with so many memories on this beautiful island and resort. I would definitely come back again and want to start looking for next year !!!!

The resort is very beautiful, very spacious suites, which we LOVED, our only complaint was we were never left towels after maid service, no fault to them, as it sounded like there may of been a shortage due to the number of quests. Towels are of utmost importance seeing you are going to the beach/pool and need to shower daily. The resort needs to invest in more towels, for rooms AND pool/beach! The food we must say is mediocre, same ole’ same ole’ especially at the buffets. 9 Doors restaurant was excellent, however, as well as the Steakhouse and French restaurant. The Italian for breakfast is pretty good as well, however not so much for dinner. This was our 6th time traveling to Punta Cana and the beaches never disappoint, so gorgeous! Foam party at the Main pool was a blast! Be sure to participate if you decide to stay here. We also had a butler and his name was Kelvin, he was AWESOME , so helpful with all our needs. Such a great guy! As far as returning here, not likely as their were many negatives for the price we paid

The staff at the bar is amazing Felix, Jenny, Judit, India, William, and our favorite night time Chef at Japanese Jeremiah. Weather was good. It's Humid so AC was not keeping up to well, but resort is beautiful grounds. And the pools and bars are fun.

This was our first time at this resort and we were hoping to find a place we can keep going back to twice a year as we have not found one yet. WELL WE FOUND IT!!!! We had an ocean view room that was very spacious and comfortable. The landscaping, pools, and beach area were beautiful and well kept. All restaurants were great with fantastic service and people. Now on to the staff that made every day worth while: Our butler Modesto was superb. If we needed anything or had any questions he would always get right back to us. He always made sure to find us during the day to see how we were doing and to see if needed anything. When we return in November we plan on requesting him again!; Maxima and her girl gang are the best. Very friendly and the best bartender!! Joel Samuel always had a smile on his face, made us laugh and made sure we had clean towels everyday!!; Henry and Walliam were also very helpful and personable! We cannot wait to return in November ???????

Excellent trip for my wife and I. I cannot put into words how great the staff at this resort is! From the cleaning staff to the bell boys to the waiters to the bar tenders to the butlers and everyone else that works there. Specific shout outs to: Diego our butler - he was fantastic, did everything we asked and more. Truly made us feel special even when we knew he was handling numerous other guests at the same time. I cant say enough good things about him! Joel Samuel - always there at the pool and beach to make sure we had what we needed and to crack jokes. He is a riot! Stephanie - server at Sea and See. She was amazing, full of energy and good laughs. Attentive to our party and remembered us next day at lunch and set us up with, Hansel - Manager at Italian restaurant. He had a table set up just for us (only one in entire restaurant). Again he went over and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The bar staff at the Plaza Bar - Ana Maria, Yolima, Nilka. These 3 girls were awesome! Hilarious, energetic, attentive, and just great people. They just made us feel like family! Resort is clean and well-kept. Our room was fantastic! Impeccable Ocean view. Beach is great. Food is what to be expected at a buffet, all-inclusive style of resort. Do yourself a favor and book a trip. The staff and service alone make it all worth it!
