How is it possible that one asks for room services and they tell me that they do not bring orange juice to the room, meaning that if you order meals it has to be accompanied with bath water. The condition of the room is very destroyed. Same as many facilities. There are not enough umbrellas at the pool. The room service is as if you were begging, they alone have 2 employees for room services for 911 rooms, the average wait is 1 hour and a half to 2 hours. They offer something called "privilege" for $120 dollars per night, that doesn't matter. No benefit, the room services last the same, and you spend most of your time at the pool and there they don't serve premium drinks, so why pay for that, the rooms are the same whether or not you have "privilege" don't waste your money. We arrived Wednesday until on Sunday and I want to change my flight back for the next day and no flight available and has to stayed until Sunday but we decided to enjoy the rest of the day and these two guys make our life happy. the best employees. como es posible que uno pida room services y me digan que ello no llevan jugo de naranja a la habitación. la condicion de la habitación estan muy destruida. igual a muchas instalaciones. en la piscina no hay suficiente paraguas. el room service es como si uno estuviera rogando ellos solos tienen 2 empleados para el room services para 911 habitaciones el promedio de espera es de 1 hora y media a 2 horas.ellos ofrecen algo llamado "privilege" por $120 dolares por noche eso no tiene ningún veneficio el room services dura igual ,y uno se pasa el mayor tiempo en la piscina y ahi no sirven premium drink osea para que pagar por eso las habitaciones son iguales tenga o no "privilege " don't waste you money.llegamos miércoles hasta el domingo and el mismo dia que llegamos ya queria cambiar el vuelo y regresarme pero no encontre vuelo y decidimos disfrutar el tiempo y estos dos empleados no hicieron la vida feliz.

Welcoming and fun

We enjoyed ourselves the whole week. The pools were great and the staff was wonderful. Would come back for sure. Marielys was very friendly and helpful. Eric was a ball of energy and made sure everyone had a fun time. All the staff doing activities at the pool made the experience so fun.

Alex Tavares saved our vacation!l, but id you want and Adults Only vacation, LOOK ELSEHWRE

This review may be lengthy and cover what I liked and the feedback I would give to the hotel so you can decide if this is the place for you.... First - if you stay at the El beso privilege hope you get Alex Tavares as your conceirege butler. He is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. We upgraded to privilege at the first day to move rooms and take advantage of the benefits. When we upgraded the front desk only have use wrist bands and the new room, THAT'S IT! However the next morning I met Alex at the beach, and asked him a simple question "how do I book a restaurant" after overhearing him serve another guest. This simple question the led to him voluntarily becoming our conceirege/butler (the front desk did not provide us one) and him making all our reservations, accommodating our requests and checking in daily to make sure we were happy. Simply put, it not for Alex we would have switched hotels mid trip and have up on the El beso. He is an absolute gem and should be commended for his excellent service, care and attention to detail. Now my suggestion:. 1. When someone is privilege make sure the front desk actually explains the benefits and connects you with your concierge. The front desk dropped the ball here in my case. 2. The adults only section is not adults only at the beach. There are confusing signs by the palapa huts that say "privilege guests or el beso guests" this has lead to many regular privilege guest with children thinking they are welcome in this area. I cannot blame them as the signage is terrible and confusing. There needs to be a clear " adults only" sign, barrier, or someone who enforces this. And this leads to my next suggestion 3. If your going to sell "adults only" you need to enforce it everywhere. It's very clear at the pools and restaurants but for some reason there is not the same attention at the beach and bars. So in conclusion I can say simply without Alex, this would have been terrible and on all honesty I should have gone to an adults only resort not a split resort that has no respect or care for those who booked an adults only vacation.

Awesome little vacation for my husband and I! We were on the El Beso side with privilege service and it was top notch! Joel Mejia made sure we had everything we needed (and with a smile)! Only con would the beach is rocky (im more of a pool person so it was totally fine for me) and the time share people are a little pushy and hangout outside the privilege restaurant (lighthouse) so you can't really avoid them.
