    Everything was thought of and cared for effortlessly. They made it look simple. Beware of the timeshare sales job that they push - total waste of time. Food was good to great. Staff was warm and friendly - always willing to please.

    This resort is done very nicely and was a treat to stay at. The grounds were huge and well kept as were the pools which there were several of. The food was delicious at the buffet which was a very pleasant surprise as I wasnt expecting much but I woke up looking forward to eating every day. The staff were very nice, accommodating and did a very nice job at keeping the resort run efficiently. The rooms were also very nice and comfortable.

    I took my 2 kids here for their summer holiday, the hotel is spread over a big area and beautifully presented. They really do have flamingoes in the reception area. We had a very nice big room with sea views and ideally located for access to the beach, pool and restaurants. The staff and food could be much better though. Very little staff at the beach to serve drinks, so you have to go all the way back to the bar every time. Difficult to get bookings at restaurants and it is quite hit and miss when it comes to service at the restaurants. I think there are better options along the beach for the same price.

    Everyone was wonderful and the property is beautiful. The beach area is set up well but the only shade available is for the adults only section which is too bad for those of us with a child and who want to spend time at the beach. October seems to be off season and the dining options are quite limited. The only option for food outside of buffet time time is limited room service; no snack bar, not even a convenient gift shop to buy snacks. We had “special offers” we expected to take advantage of ($1000 resort credit, day pass to their brand new sister resort) but no one was able to help us. Other guest we spoke to told us the “special offers” were all part of a timeshare hard sell which makes sense. $1000 resort credit did seem too good to be true but it still would have been nice if anyone could have explained why/how it ended up on our reservation paperwork.

    I'm going to be very honest and straight forward. My family and I were looking forward to this vacation. We came with a family of 20. And the consensus of the family is the same. Staff need to be trained properly. I've been to dozens of all inclusives. From 3 stars to 5 stars. This one had the worse discrimination and service I have ever experienced. Discrimination is very prelavent. I really will never bring the race card up but the consensus from our group of 20 is the same. We felt an aura of racial prejudice at every restaurant. I must note, not by all staff, but by most. We see eye rolls and attitude. Our family tips well. So tipping was not a question. Even with the tips we got bad service. Looking at other reviews this maybe an ongoing problem. My wife wrote a review earlier but all reviews were responded to except hers. Looks like they are trying to bury the truth. With that being said. There are some pros and cons. Here is my list: Pros: -the grounds are very well maintained and lobby is pristine. -kidszone staff are friendly with our children and a great facility for the little ones on rainy days Here is my list of UNACCEPTABLES. Even worse than cons: -first and foremost terrible service in general. No smiles. Staff all look miserable and forced to serve you. - key card needed to be replaced daily. Left stranded outside my room with a baby at least 4 times. - repairs neglected and badly installed glass led to the sliding door shattering. Injuring my aunt ( picture included ) - cook at the grill grabbing handful of food and stuffing in his mouth while serving -cockroaches spotted in the ingredients for pasta - unacceptable wait times at their restaurant. Prepare to spend 2-3 hours for the whole dinner service. I have young children with me. Who were hungry and couldn't wait. Expecting a one and two year old to wait 2-3 hours? They should serve the children first. -what you see is not what you get. The whole resort was operating at half capacity. All the amenities you thought you have are probably not available. Rock climbing? Bungee? Mangrove? Tennis? Reserve? All closed. - entertainment is a joke. I have seen 3 star resorts have better entertainment. They have an indoor facility that is once again "closed" -specialty dining? Guess what. Mostly closed. One restaurant a day. - room was not made two of the days. Cleaning lady told me one day that her card could not open the door. Once again daily key card problem. - service at the mole restaurant was the worse I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Neglected several times for a high chair. Eye rolling from server. Drink menu? No drinks even came out after ordering twice. Like every restaurant we went to it took over two hours and we skipped dessert. Lo and behold. We see a caucasian group who speaks Spanish an hour after us and got their food and drinks before us. The norm we see at most restaurants here. We met other couples from New York who were questioning if this is all this resort has to offer They felt ripped off as well that your sold a package at 100 percent but only get 40 percent of it. To sum it up. I would not stay here again. And I hope I can help some other vacationers avoid a mistake.
