Beautiful grounds and beach, always immaculately maintained, incredible staff and attentive service. Special mention to Zunilda for looking after us everyday at the beach and our concierge Osvaldo. 5/5 for service. Food and cocktails were average to good, I don’t eat meat so struggled to have a decent meal. We went to the Marina a couple of times, definitely recommend doing this for a change of scenery. Rated 3/5 because this doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Room was average, loud A/C, towels not changed. Rowdy and loud pool area. It wasn’t the tropical paradise I had anticipated, but still glad we went. Dominican Republic is a beautiful country.

Carlos, our butler, was beyond superb! Our stay was absolutely RELAXING, and Carlos is greatly to thank for that! He made our anniversary extra special! Every single thing was EXCELLENT! We sure did feel like family!

We loved Secrets Cap Cana! The beach and pools were beautiful! The food was delicious! We stayed in the Preferred swim out and the room was so beautiful! Carlos was amazing and took care of everything we needed! We are ready to go back “home” already!

Just returned from an incredible four day stay (wish it could have been longer!) This was our second Secrets stay - we stayed at Akumal in 2018, and chose Cap Cana based on our experience there and the wonderful reviews. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with champagne, everything was perfect! We stayed in building seven and had the most gorgeous ocean view. Our butler, Pilier, was so helpful. The battery in our door’s key card reader died one afternoon and Pilier was there with a repairman two minutes after I texted him! The beach is stunning and Noemi on the Preferred side made sure we had plenty of towels. The pool was a blast, and Indira was so attentive - she brought us a bucket of iced waters each day and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. The pool bar was awesome - shoutout to Manuel for his energy and amazing mango margaritas and Dominican vices! The entertainment staff was so upbeat and fun, especially Hello Kitty, Coco Chanel, and Mini Me! We had so much fun participating in the coconut toss on the beach! All of the shows we saw were awesome, Queen being my favorite! Also enjoyed the late evening music in the bar lobby. Angel, the guitarist, is insanely talented! Food is one of the reasons we choose Secrets over other AI resorts and Cap Cana did not disappoint. The buffet had anything you could possibly want for breakfast and lunch. The fish tacos at Seaside are the best! We ate at Bordeaux, Himitsu, and El Patio, and enjoyed every meal. The crepe cart at the preferred pool was a delicious afternoon treat! Echoing many of the other reviews here, the staff truly makes the experience at Secrets. Every single person you encounter greets you with a smile and a hello, and goes the extra mile to ensure you are having a great time. We can’t wait to return “home” someday, hopefully soon!

Secrets Cap Cana did not disappoint! A beautiful resort with the friendliest staff! Our concierge Cristian went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay checking in on us frequently. The food was delicious! The drinks were amazing and we enjoyed a nice top shelf bourbon and many mini beer shots, yum!! The beach was clean and not crowded. The poolside was also very enjoyable with live music and lots of entertainment. We especially loved our servers Raudi, Patricia, and Angelina. They were top notch!! Raudi even taught us Spanish during our stay. Beautiful Saidy was our favorite maitre d and always greeted us with the most beautiful smile! We rate the staff mentioned a 10+! When you arrive at Secrets Cap Cana, you are welcomed home and everyone makes you feel like family. Our entire stay was “Excellente!!” Highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana!
