I spent 4 days at the resort, we love the restaurants and the bars, our favorite was Ginger and Olivo. We stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite great option. Thanks to Antonio Concierge, he was so friendly and helpful.

We absolutely LOVE Valentin - the experience, staff, food, cleanliness is deserving of 5 stars. We stayed in the Golden Deluxe Suites with the swim up pool and it’s so convenient if you want to lay out /swim right outside your door! The swim up pool bar (there are two at the main pool) has great bartenders they will make you anything! The mini beer shot is a Valentin staple and the mudslide is great for something sweet! Sonja made our drinks at the main pool and she is GREAT! She knows how to make a great drink! We will be back!

In a current circumstances with Covid it could be very bad. Be leave me it is amazing resort with impeachable stuff. First of all I want to praise the entertainment stuff. They was doing maximum for us to enjoy. With lots of activities and gym not working it was a big effort. Especially I want to mentioned Lorenzo. e was the most fun to work out with and to communicate. I did also liked Phelix, he was very good with communication. Alex was very good with exercise and what he was doing but not with communicating. I think this is a must for the places like this. Very clean though not a new. Wonderful park and area to walk around, very pampered. . Food is amazing, I would say the best and highly underrated is Indonesian restaurant. The least and overacted is French. Japanese had the worst service and it is not only our opinion. Buffer, in was only one for the covid for breakfast and lunch, was most save place to go. All appetizers are individually served, all meals are served by servers with masks, shields and gloves, you do not touch anything. If you do not see something, just ask, they bring it to you not in Mexican time. The is a concierge on a first floor of the building, just ask they do it in no time which is very rarely there. Aquabiking, aqua power, aquazumba - you choose. With 4 hurricanes the sea sand was washed off. Bring water shoes. Hope they will fix it in no time. But this is nor resort fault. The music is till 2 o'clock, 3 porno Chenal, ADULTS ONLY.

This resort is the best. Everyone is friendly. Staff was very good at keeping everyone safe and happy! Clean, sanitized! This was our third stay and we will return. The food was great at all restaurants and the drinks were very good.

Wonderful place to stay---obviously more potential that was somewhat hindered by COVID

This all-inclusive resort is fabulous! Food, drinks, and service were all OUTSTANDING. Recommend you pay the additional fee for Privilege upgrade; for the additional $35.00 a day it was well worth it. Premium alcohol in our room, reserved cabana with cover, towels and attendant, one lobster tail a day per day, etc., immediate check-in and check-out in the Privilege Lounge, and no-wait access to the Privilege Lounge. At least for your first visit, I would strongly recommend using a travel agent, which several other visitors told us was the way to go as they have detailed knowledge of "specials" (additional guest "Privileges") that the ordinary traveler would not know about. Our excellent travel agent, who we were directed by TripAdvisor not to mention, also made our travel arrangements from and to the Cancun Airport - we had 0 issues with transportation to the Valentin Imperial. When we arrived we had a 2 minute walk to an awaiting van, and the day we flew out we were driven directly to the airport. The Valentin Imperial property is expansive, and you truly don't need to leave the property unless you want to take an excursion. There is a HUGE pool that's so big it's even hard to describe as a pool with several swim-up bars and an area that has a lunchtime barbecue. There is another separate lazy river-type area which is quieter and secluded and even has a few areas that serve food and drinks. Guided activities (water aerobics, yoga, cooking classes, bike riding, and a few more that are presently offered) during the day were a bit limited because of COVID (I was told that there are normally more activities) and there was no swimming on the beach because of the rare storms that the area was experiencing when we were there. There were good singers and bands at night, and a late night DJ.
