Our family stayed in the Key West Village of Beaches Turks and Caicos this past March 2024. We needed to change rooms and two rings were left in the safe of the room we moved out of. Both rings were returned to us, however, an employee of the resort removed two diamonds from my engagement ring and greatly damaged my ring. We were shocked and terrified. We filed a police report at the property with the Turks and Caicos police. We also wrote to the corporate office and the General Manager of the resort. The investigation is ongoing but so far we have not seen any urgency in the actions of Sandals Resorts International to resolve the issue. The employee is also likely to still be there. I

Sandals graciously teamed with Make A Wish to grant my daughter’s wish. When we arrived, everyone was extremely inviting with a warm “welcome home” greeting. We quickly realized this is how they treat all the guests. The attentiveness was amazing. Many even referred to us by our family name. A huge kudos to the staff to include the landscape team. The property was gorgeous and near immaculate despite some guest not being very considerate with their trash. We were in awe at the beautifully manicured properties. The different themed areas were within walking distance and wonderfully curated to feel like their own escapes. The food was delicious. The available tours are fun and worth the additional costs. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This is a detail positive review of the resort. The summary is at the bottom. Transfers Airport transfer Desk - Your first stop is the airport transfer desk. The line was long but friendly staff went down the line to great guest and wrote room numbers on the bags. If you have never been stay on the left if there are two lines. The other line is for general taxis. The transfer from the airport was in an air conditioned 15 passenger van with one other family. Departure Lounge. Yes the airport is small and you will leave earlier than a normal flight. Get to the lounge 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Here’s the best part, you can enjoy the resort as much as you can before you leave. It’s actually encouraged. If you use the showers in the departure lounge take a pool towel with you. Get food to take with you to the airport. Again it’s an air conditioned 15 passenger van with one other family. Room This was our 3rd trip to Beaches. Rooms are amazing. We have stayed in both the Caribbean and Italian Concierge level rooms. Some rooms are nicer and some are smaller. The rooms are accurately depicted from the pictures on the internet. Since it’s the internet and people love to see complaints, here you go. On our first trip the sofa bed was malfunctioning. Beaches supplied a folding roll away bed. Did it take up some floor space? Yes but we had 3 beds. My guess to why the bed was malfunctioning, the previous guest was misusing it and the spring broke. The resort didn’t have time to repair it. Official stance rooms are amazing. Food We did not have to prepare, cook or clean any dish. We always “cleaned” our plates, often multiple times at one meal. What more can you ask for! Our favorites: breakfast - Reflections, Schooners, & Barefoot By the Sea; lunch - Arizona’s, Jerk Truck, & Bella Napoli; dinner - Sapodilla’s, Sky, & Le Petit Chateau. Some meals were better than others, but that happens on every vacation. While comparing other restaurant experiences, wait times. It’s very rare to walk into a popular restaurant and be seated immediately. TIP, if you walk into one of the restaurants and think the wait is too long put your name on the list. Now you have two options: #1. Go to the closest bar and get a drink while waiting; or #2. Walk to another restaurant, get an appetizer or just eat there. There are 21 restaurants you have options. Always take a deck of cards or uno to help entertain your family. Grounds The landscaping crew at Beaches does a great job. To maintain the beautiful environment staff will work during your stay. They do their job efficiently and will be done soon. Staff/Guest I have seen more guest be rude to staff than staff be rude to guest. I’ve seen guest refuse drinks at the pool say because it was not in the glass she wanted and then complain on how long it took to get her drink. 95% of my experiences with staff are great. Here’s an above and beyond experience. One morning I went to get breakfast for my family. I placed the order to go with 4 meals and 2 coffees. In case you are wondering, I only have 2 hands. It was entertaining to watch me carry 5 plates and 2 coffees through the resort. A staff member, Ashli, stopped me and asked if I needed help. I replied, That would be great but I’m sure you have other responsibilities to tend to as I’m staying on the other side of the resort in the Caribbean Village. He said, yes, I do and that is too far for me to go. I said thank you and bye. Ten seconds later he approached me again and sir please let me help you I can catch up on my other duties later. He took my plates across the resort adding to his workload. Ashli treated me as if I had butler service but I didn’t. He also refused my tip. So yes, most staff wants your vacation to be the best. Most staff wants Beaches to be your Caribbean home. Here is some Caribbean Village staffers who made this past stay the best, Samantha (housekeeping), Rudy (Reflections' Omelette Creator), Ira, Micheal, Andrew, Ivette, Caroline, John, Dudley (Arizona’s bar) and Jerry (concierge.) Like I said earlier 95% of staffers want your vacation to be the best. TIP, Be nice and smile! Treat people like people! In summary, no one in my family has ever said can we just go home. It’s always, can we stay longer or can we come back next year.

Beaches is an amazing experience for families. There is something for everyone: beach, pools, water parks, game lounge and so much entertainment! Food is great and the entertainment staff work hard to keep everyone having a good time. The rooms are kept in good order, though the beds are not all that comfortable. It does not detract from the stay because you’re only in there to sleep as the rest of the time you’re enjoying the rest of the resort.

Just returned from another amazing trip to Beaches T & C! The 5-star rating is solely for the incredible entertainment crew who made our vacation truly exceptional. Since 2001, they've been the reason we return year after year. Let me tell you about the individuals who make up this extraordinary team: Cordero has been a personal favorite of mine for years, always lighting up the stage and getting everyone involved in the fun. Karaoke nights with him are an absolute highlight! Ronaldo? He's a true rockstar, ensuring every family gets their share of laughter and joy. His talent is simply out of this world, and the way he engages with the kids makes him a hero in their eyes – especially when he hands out his guitar picks, creating cherished memories for the little ones. Then there's Eric – the man can MOVE! His dance skills are unbelievable, but it's his infectious personality that steals the show every time. Whether he's lighting up the dance floor or bonding with guests, he brings an unparalleled energy to every moment. And let's not forget his epic Michael Jackson set – it's something you just can't get enough of! Mariela's voice is beautiful and Dismary's dance moves are equally enchanting. Roberto pours his heart into ensuring everyone has a blast, and Julio's sweet demeanor and incredible dancing adds a special touch to the experience. Ambi's infectious smile and caring attitude make every guest feel right at home, and Andrico's boundless energy keeps the excitement levels high throughout the day. Javier has been a familiar face for over 15 years, always ensuring our experience is nothing short of magical. Andes and Emily stand out with their remarkable personalities and talents, adding their own flair to the entertainment lineup. While there are many more names I could mention, suffice it to say that the entertainment team has never failed to exceed our expectations. As for the activities, where do I even start? Hollywood Night is a spectacle not to be missed, and karaoke nights have us all feeling like superstars. Latin dance night is always a blast, and seeing the team join us for pool volleyball and water polo added an extra layer of fun to our days. Leonardo's aqua aerobics? Top-notch, as always! A special shoutout to the bartenders who mixed up delicious drinks, especially Daniel, who made a little buddy in my 3-year-old son with his warmth and kindness. And Syl at the Cricketers is simply the best! Of course, not everything can be perfect. This time, the food didn't quite hit the usual high notes, and the restaurant staff seemed a bit rushed and short on patience. The long waits for dinner were a bit of a downer, especially when we had to choose between eating and catching the fantastic shows. And while the loyalty team dropped the ball on the appreciation front for returning guests, thankfully Shameka stepped in and saved the day, ensuring that we'll be back for another visit later this year. But you know what? Despite the hiccups, Beaches is still my go-to spot. With five trips in less than four years, it's clear that the safety, fun, and the amazing entertainment gang that feels like family are what keep me coming back. As long as they're there, you can bet I'll be back year after year, eagerly counting down the days until my next unforgettable vacation at Beaches T & C!
