Excellent Resort Food and Service was phenomenal!

My family and I visited here this month. The minute we arrived we were made at ease with all of the COVID precautions. Don’t be afraid to travel during this pandemic! The food was delicious at every restaurant we ate. The wait staff was phenomenal. Thank you Serefino for taking such great care of my family! My son also celebrated a birthday while here and Sully came to our room while he was at the pool and decorated his room with a banner, balloons and his most favorite treats! He was so surprised! We will definitely be coming back.

Unbelievable stay at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres. I am 20 years old and traveled with my two friends also in their early 20s. First time in Mexico and only spent three nights but wow, quite the experience. Not allowing the pandemic to affect our lives, the Grand Palladium assured our safety as being #1. Moreover, the suite room was sparkling clean, resort restaurants were well sanitized and all staff was wearing masks and goggles. The food was outstandingly fresh and the all-you-can-drink was such a great aspect! LOL! Look no further when choosing the best all-inclusive in Cancun with the greatest bang for the buck. Thank you to everyone working at the hotel and property to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for us! Viva Mexico!!!!
Morin and Euriel were the most attentive pool staff!

My family and I visited here for the first time and Marin and Euriel took the best care of us I’ve ever had sunning at a pool! I wish I could stay longer! They worked their ass off in 80 degree weather!

My son left his backpack in the hotel room, and we didn't realize it was missing until we were at the airport. Veronica Castro, the supervisor at Grand Palladium, found the backpack immediately and went out of her way to help us get it shipped back to the U.S. She made 3 separate trips to the Fedex office to make sure it was shipped. Thank you Veronica

Most Relaxing and enjoyable vacation ever!

My husband and I were thrilled with our stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The foos was amazing and room was fantastic. Despite Covid we were able to use almost all of the facilities and still have fun.
