Jorge was an amazing server and was very patient with us. He provided us with quick service and chef Marcos provided us with great tasting food. We will definitely be back again and recommend to everyone. The sushi was magnificent and we all enjoyed it.

Had the best time at Paradisus Cancun. The resort was lovely and the staff were amazing. Especial Stef our personal concierge who made sure we had reservations at all the restaurants we wanted and the servers at the adults only pool bar who took great care of us each day.

The wonderful alrjandro from nespresso was smiling everyday and every time and every minute never got tired . The person Daniel our concierge was super amazing and answered every text anytime and did every request of him. And martin the captain in buffet was as always available for my gluten free needs. The hotel needs better entertainment and more activities and bathrooms especially the door knobs need to be worked on big time other wise we had great time

Overall, the resort was exceptional. Didier and.Flor we’re very good at what they did and made us feel welcome at the pool every day with exceptional service. Our rooms were comfy, cozy, and connected, which was a nice bonus, Malva rhe morning buffet was always delicious and full of variety, the entertainment in the bar was fun, the entire complex was immaculately, Mexican restaurants were delicious, The Italian had exceptional, Burrata and calamari, aqua marina had really good lunches and dinners. It was a favourite of ours for the entire trip.. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again and bring my entire family to enjoy the paradise at Paradisius.

Just returned from our trip last night and had a WONDERFUL time. We had never been here before. Only about 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in The Reserve and would not do it any other way. That section of the hotel was very quiet and clean. The atrium has a full bar with top shelf liquor, access to coffee, and a huge selection of snacks there as well as breakfast and lunch. We stayed in a lagoon suite and it was totally fine...a bit outdated and could use some minor updates but nothing to really complain about as we barely spent time in the room and it was very clean! The pool on the reserve side was great and we were able to get a Bali bed every day of our trip, even though you are only guaranteed 2 days. It was such a luxury to get drinks and food delivered right to the bed. The drinks were great. The staff were all so wonderful..servers Oscar and Valeria by the pool in the reserve/Sante, Axel at Sante at night, and Luis at the bar in Sante were all amazing. 10/10 service from them! We were actually super impressed by the meals- Flora: tuna tartar, poke bowl, and the salmon. Sante- only place we went for breakfast and were NOT disappointed. Sante- dinner was incredible and unexpected. The beef ossobucco was so good we went back for it 2 nights in a row!! The beach was nice but the water was rough because it was so extremely windy while we were there. The resort its self was really nice, although definitely much nicer on the Reserve side. The restaurants were decorated really beautifully and you could tell a lot of thought was put into the design. All in all, we had a really wonderful trip. We would definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back!
