We spent 5 days here and by far the highlight was the hour early entry each day. Friendly staff on front desk but bell service all seemed to have the attitude that guest were and inconvenience. The hotel room is nothing special at all (Legoland does a much better job for families) and the pool and slide was a hit for the kids but not too exciting for adults. The best thing was that this was an easy walk to the parks and was one of the few hotels that accommodated a family of 5. some people say its a bit far but we found it ok, and you have to expect to walk a lot in the park anyway. Biggest tip we have is that you can get amazon fresh deliveries nice and easy which really made our lives much easier rather than having to buy food constantly.

    Should of stayed before

Spent a night here after a week at the Grand Californian. It isn’t the Grand but it is a nice hotel, we stayed club level and enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable and the staff in the lounge were great. The longe had lots of great food.

My family just stayed there for 5 days and we had a great time. My only complaint is there pool and hot tub hours, 10am -8pm and water slide closes at 5pm. The character breakfast was great but not cheap. Staff were friendly.

Very nice for the price and locations

The staff was so friendly. The rooms are nice. And, I didn't mind the walk from the hotel to Downtown Disney. There's a very nice, well-lite, sidewalk from the hotel, too. There was a lovely gift shop and a very nice bar and restaurant area.

    Don't look at the pricetag

We liked the pool, although the slide was out of order half the time (we were directed to the Disneyland Hotel to use their pool those times, although we didn't take advantage. More walking was not on the playlist). Lots of lounge chairs; as we traveled in the "off season", the pool was never too crowded. The room was standard, on par with a Best Western but with the Surfer Mickey theme. Check-In was thorough, she went over every little detail of the hotel and our accommodations. She definitely made an On-Property Guest out of me, for life. The valet parking was great. Being able to send your stuff back to your hotel was kind of convenient, although they don't take it to your room like a lot of people tend to spout. You have to call bell services the next day, after 7am, to get it brought up, or you can go down and pick it up. We made trips back to the hotel every afternoon for a little pool time and I just picked up the stuff from the day before. The elevator situation is a nightmare. Tiny Japanese men designed this hotel without the fore-knowledge of Americans ever using it. You can easily fit 4 people and a stroller on any of the 4 elevators but if it shows up and anyone else is already on it, forget it. Perhaps if someone programmed it to ask how many are in your party, not just floor do you want to go to, it would alleviate a lot of frustration. I'd give it 5 stars if not for the elevators and the fact that you have to walk under the commercial grade dryer vent when walking behind the building to and from the parks. We're staying at the Disneyland Hotel next time. The on-property amenities are super legit.
