    Amazing Oceanview Room with a lovely balcony!

    Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Miami, Florida! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and supervisor. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant by the pool was great with beachfront view. We had four great evenings there, which obviously also added up to the experience. The room was served and cleaned daily, our housekeeper Mary Bazile has such a warm personality and provided me with extra coffee packages since my husband loves coffee. Amanda, the housekeeper supervisor was very friendly and helped us providing us with all that we needed during our stay. She was amazing!! We truly enjoyed our stay at Ramada Marco Polo sunny isles. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk on the beach in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Great restaurants near by just walking distance. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager and for the housekeeping team who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality and service!

    Concierge too poor of giving information about Tours. We contract to go to Everglades for a tour that takes 1 hour but nobody said that we would stay in a Van for more than 5 (five) hours, was terrible. The Reception, knowledge in doing the checkin was too slow, the keys given didn't work.

    If what you want is a relaxing time by the pool and beach, then this hotel is a very good choice...UNLESS you care about room decor. But, it is clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is just so-so.

    if it was cheap it would be ok but it was not cheap enough for the crappy service, smelly carpets and unprofessional service overall. The room itself and the location wasn't bad. They double charged me for my stay, didn't provide tea bags in the room with the coffee machine and when I asked for them in the breakfast room they said they had to charge.

    I’m used to camping in tents, so I’m easy to please But It’s, not a Ramada, don’t let them tell you that, the restaurant is out of most food, the bar is out of most drinks, the front desk simply could care less, I complained and they just simply asked if I wanted to check out, the answer was yes but I didn’t feel like packing up, the outside bar is closed at night, there literally is no coceirge, I had to bring my own bags to my room, the kitchen is out of most menu items, been out for days, they don’t care, it has the potential of a nice hotel, I needed extra clothes hangers to hang my clothes, and they gave me a problem, saying there is a limit if 3 hangers it’s got the bars and restaurants, but only if the owner fires the general manager, and the GM leaves the hotel and goes back to his previous job as a taxi driver or insurance sales man or whatever, rooms clean and nice but don’t expect anything else,
