Horrible Experience. To start of, there was bloodstains on the bed and it took 3 days of reporting it for Room Service to come up and hand us a bag of sheets to replace it ourselves. They did not clean the room for 4 days and we had to go get towels ourselves. Hotel is not that great for price and there are many health concerns throughout. I would definitely recommend paying a little more and staying at a cleaner place/hotel. Oh, and good luck complaining to staff because they do nothing for you.

I had never been to the strip- so happy to cross that off my bucket list. the only qualities I look for in a hotel is a clean room and hot water to shower. we got the clean room- but the shower was never hot (stayed for 3 nights) and there was some hair in the shower upon check in. the elevators were a little sketchy and I was surprised by a hidden $150 deposit I was asked to put down. positives: great location negatives: everything else

I don’t like to write bad reviews, because nothing is ever perfect, but in this case, I’ll make the exception. Our shower was a glass enclosed one. The shower head was stuck at a 45 degree angle, so it shot pretty much straight to the glass wall. The caulking at the bottom was worn off, so the entire bathroom flooded. We called the front desk and they said they’d send up a shower curtain. We explained there was nowhere to hang a shower curtain and it wouldn’t fix the water spraying forward. They said that’s all they could do. Shortly after, someone with a shower curtain arrived. We turned it away because there was no curtain rod to hang one. We called back down and explained again and were told again there was nothing to be done. We asked if we were just supposed to have our bathroom flood every time we showered and were told “yes, unfortunately you’ll just have to deal with it. Sorry. We’ll have more towels sent up.” When asked to speak to a manager, we were conveniently disconnected. All further calls to the front desk were not answered. I cannot believe customers are expected to just deal with bathrooms flooding when a simple change of a shower head is all that’s needed. Every time we went to the customer service desk, no one was there. The rooms, other than that were decent and good sized. But I would certainly look elsewhere before booking here. They do not aim to help their customers with problems.

The staff at this Hotel are shockingly rude, unhelpful and plainly unprofessional.. The Vegas experience was ruined by the Flamingo Hotel… Word of warning the upgrade offer is a scam, do not accept the offer as your just be given the same room, we had friends who declined the offer and the room was identical and on the same floor… They are clearly getting an extra few 100 dollars foe tricking customers into thinking the room is upgraded… If you ask for a Manager and they are named Ebony Hunter, expect to be spoken to in an extremely ride manor.. Awful place.

We had an excellent stay, I was worried from reading recent reviews but I couldn’t fault the flamingo hotel and would stay again. Our room was very clean, was a great price and had the most fantastic views. During our stay we visited many hotels on the strip but the flamingo felt like the real OG and we were very happy that we chose to stay there. The staff were all very friendly too, Thanks again!
