3.5 Stars - In between 3 and 4!

When we checked we we were initially given a room overlooking Carnival Court, and even up on a high floor it was very noisy. However, I went back and spoke to the front desk and I give them credit for changing the room for us. The room was good, it was large enough and fairly clean. No fridge, but we knew that in advance. There is the issue that the shower floods the whole bathroom because the shower screen only goes halfway across. We liked that keys were required to access the elevators to the rooms, providing better security. My main negative to the property is that you hear the noise from corridors, and people were shouting and slaming doors all night till 5am, so we didn't get much sleep. Also it was a shame the pool was closed, and we had to walk over to use the pool at The Flamingo.
$20 per night for a Refrigerator in a room and the whole hotel smells like one LARGE ASHTRAY!

As Las Vegas strip hotel/casino options are abundant I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. The ceilings in the lobby and casino are very low and do not cycle the air very well so if you don’t like inhaling smoke and smelling like an ashtray you may want to stay elsewhere. Also, one big pet peeve I have is that they do not have small refrigerators in their standard rooms. I do not feel this as being acceptable. In fact when you call guest relations they want to charge you $20/day for a small refrigerator. I would suggest staying at another property on the strip. Maybe a non Caesar’s owned property. On our last trip my wife and I stayed at the Conrad at Resorts World and it was a 5 star experience.
High resort fees for nothing and noisy

Pros: location on strip is central to everything, easy to navigate, a few convenient highly priced food options, comfortable bed Cons: never cleaned room for 3 days, noise from live music and pool area starts at 9am and ends around midnight, small closet, very high resort fee for basically nothing, fees for early check in, even if only one or two hours.
Dirty room and rude staff

Upon check in we found our bathroom had not been cleaned, there was soap and hair everywhere, the carpet looked as if someone had threw up and a poor attempt had been made to clean it. I called house keeping and was told someone would be right up to clean our room again. Three phone calls later and after dealing with a very rude lady in customer service someone finally showed up at 11pm. The carpet was left stained and discusting.
Install full shower doors!

`Stayed here three nights in the Mountain Tower. PROS: Our room was clean, checkin via kiosk was wonderful (we walked thru the Luxor and the line was awful), housekeeper came everyday and they were prompt giving us extra towels, food court options were decent, location good. CONS: Hallway noise was very loud, resort fee tacked onto the cost is ridiculous, the pool isn't even open, no fridge and closet is tiny (and in the bathroom) and the lack of a full shower door is ridiculous, it makes for a freezing cold shower and gets water everywhere!
